*An underwater experience... without getting wet!* I found myself at "Ristorante langione", the new fish restaurant in town, with moderate expectations. But what I found was a gastronomic journey that took my breath away! *Ambience: 5/5* As soon as I entered, I was surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with decorations that seemed to transport me to the deck of a ship. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to explain the origins of the dishes and recommend wine pairings. *Food: 5/5* The menu was a journey around the world, with dishes ranging from the classic Italian mixed fry to the more exotic Japanese sushi. I opted for the "Catch of the Day", a very fresh cod cooked to perfection and served with a side of steamed vegetables. The flavor was explosive, with a perfect balance between the flavor of the fish and the delicacy of the vegetables. *Surprise: -1/5* The real surprise was the bill. Not because it was too high, but because it included a little "gift" from the chef: a voucher for a free meal on your next stay. A classic move to build customer loyalty, but one that still pleased me. *Verdict: 5/5* The "Re del Mare" is a restaurant that will not disappoint even the most demanding palates. With a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service and dishes that are a true gastronomic experience, this restaurant is a must for anyone who loves fish. And the final "gift"? Lemon sorbet.

We found ourselves near the restaurant by pure chance, and I must say that the expectations were not high, both for some reviews and for the place... BEWARE OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THE PLACE,.. we ate very well, from the starter to the dessert, kind, friendly and quick staff! I highly recommend… p.s. The best lemon sorbet I've eaten in my life.
