What can I say, there are no words for their professionalism... everything is indescribable from the super friendly staff to the excellent food to say the least... I highly recommend it... then the thing that really amazed me was that despite the place being full, there were zero waiting times, organized to the max... congratulations 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏

Excellent pizzeria. In addition to pizza, their specialty is scrocchiarelle, larger pizzas with different dough, absolutely worth trying. Great for family, friends or a couple's dinner.

I have been to this pizzeria several times and they have never disappointed me, I have taken home delivery and often sat in the dining room! Pizzas and scrocchiarelle never disappoint, really excellent cereal dough! Highly recommended

Sono stata a cena alla pizzeria L acquario e ho gustato una buonissima pizza, dall impasto al condimento tutto è stato eccellente. Una qualità notevole!! Locale molto pulito, confortevole e accogliente, ottimo servizio e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio!!

Una scoperta inaspettata Non c'ero mai stata prima di stasera. Che sorpresa!! Una pizzeria superlativa! Cibo ottimo e di alta qualità. Personale cordiale, simpatico ed efficientissimo. Funghi fritti , baccalà in in tempura , scrocchiarella e pizza Margherita alternativa ..i Insomma che dire? un tripudio di bontà . A presto..con molto piacere..

06/06/2025: Visiting Forno Santa Caterina in Altamura is like traveling back in time several hundred years. This is one of the oldest active bakeries in the world, with roots stretching back to the early 14th century – and the bread is still baked in a traditional wood-fired oven today. At the heart of the place are two amazing women, both over 80 years old, who still work in the oven every day.
