Excellent restaurant in the center where you can eat well and at a high quality level. Not your typical tourist restaurant, but a place where you can enjoy traditional Roman dishes, expertly prepared. Absolutely recommended, especially for the owners, who are top-notch. 🔥

Everything is ok but isn’t impressive. The mussel is fresh and nice. But the carbonara is a bit too salty. And the tiramisu isn’t as good as I expected.

22/06/2025: We used a voucher for a "classic tasting menu". The welcome and care were impeccable. The dining room staff pays the right amount of attention to the guests. A clear sign of professionalism that is not improvised, but of experience and preparation. The courses follow one another to live a real experience. Scents, flavors, colors and shapes are chosen and prepared by an artist. The sommelier suggests wines to accompany the experience with expertise. He understands the guests' choices and guides them to the best choice. Another positive note, not to be taken for granted, is the coffee: usually restaurants offer "anonymous" coffee. In this case, the product offered was superlative. This restaurant is a gem: the chef offers unique creations, the dining room staff puts the customers at ease and the food and drinks are excellent. You have to come back more than once.
