It is no coincidence that La Sorgente has been awarded the highest awards for years, the quality of the pizza is superlative and there is no proposal that does not tell of in-depth study and research. One might perhaps consider the offer too rich and confusing, but personally I think it's nice to be able to choose from the pizzas that have been awarded over time as the best in Italy, otherwise you would never have the opportunity to taste them and understand why they won. The Almond craft beer is excellent, the wine cellar is discreet and essential but I think the leap in category is coming - finally! - by the presence of a list of cocktails to pair with the pizza. All of high quality, carefully explained in detail by a friendly and trained staff. Even the dessert menu, the hand of a professional can be seen and felt. The bill is in line with the high profile offer, but it is something to be taken for granted because it is a gourmet experience and if you come here you should expect it. Otherwise, the margherita with coca cola and the white or black truffle can be found everywhere.

Non è un caso che La Sorgente sia premiata da anni con i massimi riconoscimenti, la qualità della pizza è superlativa e non c'è proposta che non racconti di uno studio e una ricerca di fondo. Si può forse ritenere l'offerta troppo ricca, che confonde, ma personalmente ritengo bello poter scegliere tra le pizze premiate nel tempo come le migliori d'Italia, altrimenti non si avrebbe mai modo di assaggiarle e capire perché abbiano vinto. Ottima la birra artigianale Almond, discreta ed essenziale la cantina dei vini ma personalmente ritengo che il salto di categoria arrivi - finalmente! - dalla presenza di una lista di cocktail da abbinare alla pizza. Tutto di alta qualità, accuratamente spiegato nei particolari da un personale cordiale e preparato. Anche la carta dei dolci, la mano di una professionista si vede e si sente. Il conto è allineato all'offerta di alto profilo, ma è una cosa scontata perché si tratta di una esperienza gourmet e se si viene qui dovrebbe essere nella logica delle cose aspettarselo. Diversamente, la margherita con le coca cola e e il tartufo bianco o nero si possono trovare da tutte le parti. .

On the advice of the dining room staff we took 3 different pizzas brought out individually to taste them all. The lightness of the dough and the originality of the combinations satisfied us fully. Best pizzas we had in Italy. I highly recommend the “come un panino” (“like a sandwich”) pizza with pork belly. Absolutely delicious. Also excellent wine list.

Light, easily digestible pizzas, with local, quality ingredients. Suitable for all palates and for sharing between friends or spouses. Short waiting times. Cozy and quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for a good ending to an evening with friends.
