Convenient location near the center on the road with easy parking. Friendly, reasonably quick, especially for those stopping by during their work lunch break. Good prices, generous portions. Delicious pasta, even though the game version isn't heavy. Fabulous mushrooms, I highly recommend them. Compliments to the cashier, very kind and, despite the chaos, extremely coordinated like few others, never losing a smile.

The pizza was good, and the waiters were helpful and polite.
The tables were a bit crowded, and the tablecloth was turned over for reuse, which wasn't exactly ideal.

Always a must-see every summer and winter that I go up to Cavalese, excellent quality of raw materials and excellent value for money, highly recommended

Excellent, fast service, very kind and attentive owner, lots of shop assistants asking "How are you?" which is a lot, good food, simple but attentive service, all at really good prices, recommended for a lunch break.

I was fortunate enough to dine at Salera with my wife for two weeks straight... I was staying in the B&B above the restaurant. We practically explored most of the à la carte menu and the pizzas; each dish was better than the last. The pizzas were light and flaky, topped to perfection; the first and second courses were tasty and impeccably presented. The service was always prompt, courteous, and exceptionally friendly. What can I say? It's a shame I don't live in Cavalese and have to wait until my next stay to continue the experience. Highly recommended!!! 😊
