We had dinner on an evening dedicated to Piedmontese Bagna Càuda, we were served fassona steak as an appetizer, very fresh and good, to my taste, a bit of seasoning was missing, then the bagna càuda with vegetables, the bagna càuda good and digestible , as this dish can be, some notes on the vegetables, some typical vegetables were missing such as fennel, cardoons and fresh Jerusalem artichokes, Jerusalem artichokes were served in chips, but this way it loses the freshness that contrasts with the bagna càuda and makes it special.

We had been there in the summer and I really liked it, care in the dishes and attention to the customer. This time I was a little disappointed, many limitations in the menu, rather ordinary dishes and critical quality/price ratio. Inattentive service.

Refined place with friendly but not competent staff on the outside. The food was decent at least for the menu we chose. I found it a little expensive for the things eaten, especially the wine.

I go often, because the pizza is delicious. Then there are also very tasty restaurant dishes and very kind staff. The summer location is very beautiful! If I can't go there in person, I often order it to take away even though I don't live in Buttigliera. Always at the top!

Siamo stati domenica e abbiamo provato il menù degustazione, davvero magnifico, le porzioni abbondanti e il personale gentilissimo. Ambiente semplice ma elegante, il dehors molto fresco e accogliente. Ideale per grosse tavolate ma anche per romantiche cene sotto le viti

Tornati dopo tempo e devo dire che è stata una piacevole esperienza, a conferma della scorsa visita. Abbiamo mangiato bene, il personale è cordiale, disponibile e preparato. Bello il dehor dove poter stare al fresco nelle sere d'estate. Super consigliato!!
