The pizza and the substitutes were good, but the cod had too much batter and was very salty. We will be back to try the meat since it is cooked on the grill and I will review that too. Tried the grilled meat and I must say excellent quality, well cooked for €40 each. Highly recommended for meat!

We had a good time, the place was well finished, we ordered the pizza or the pinza, both of which were successful, lots of choice in flavors and rich condiments. We will be back to try the restaurant dishes. It's a bit hidden, but if you follow the directions carefully you'll get back there

Local near Guidonia. Good and particular appetizers with a wide choice on the menu. I found the real strength in the rigorously wood-fired pizza. The price was also fair. Price-quality pizzeria highly recommended. It recently moved to near the Truckable area of ​​Guidonia, specifically to Via Colle Giannetta, 90.

Pizza with wood-fired oven for hand-kneaded pizza, and wood-fired oven for meat lovers with an excellent refrigerator of meats on display with cuts from around the world. Excellent gourmet pizzas (especially the one flavored with lemon, burratina and fantastic anchovies), suppli, (excellent with artichokes) courgette flowers and Roman-style cod fillets fresh and made instantly (they don't use frozen foods in this place) and above all excellent Roman cuisine revised with interesting variations...excellent Roman-style cod with pine nuts and Avezzano purple potato gnocchi with seafood. . All at very honest prices when compared to the quality of the food served, truly at the top. Last but not least, a real treat.....the wood-fired wholemeal flour pizza.....really good if you ask for it crunchy with a thin sheet (a godsend for those who perhaps need low glycemic index foods and can't often afford a pizza). They also have pizza for celiacs. If you want to enjoy the evening and even though the place has several rooms (it is also well suited for outdoor events in the summer in the external dehor) avoid Fridays or Saturdays, or book which is better. They also have home delivery, either directly by calling or with justeat. Truly a beautiful reality. Polite and courteous staff and last but not least an excellent choice of draft beers.

Elegant venue, with large outdoor garden and swimming pool nearing completion of repairs. The cuisine is excellent. Excellently made, wood-fired pizzas with light and digestible dough, and the raw materials used are also excellent. Freshly fried appetizers whose home preparation is appreciated. Quality beers with a varied choice. Applause goes to the owner who with passion was able to revive a location that had been abandoned for a while by the old management. We are waiting for the works to be completed to fully appreciate the structure and also be able to use the poolside services. I was satisfied with it and I'm sure it will be one of my next choices. Excellent quality/price ratio. Parking available. Reservation is recommended.

24/05/2025: I come here often, practically every time I return to Rome I come here for lunch. There are two options for eating. The first is to order everything you want to eat at the counter, it is delivered to you on plates placed on trays and you take it to the terrace overlooking the lake behind the counter (air conditioned or with the windows open because there is always air) or you sit on the veranda next to the counter and there you are served by the waiter. Regardless of the choice, the porchetta is perfect, tasty and served warm to enhance its flavors. The cured meats are high quality, Tuscan and something local, the cheeses are delicious, ditto the grilled vegetables, the olives and the remaining side dishes. The buffalo mozzarella is always fresh. Yesterday I had a lasagna in addition to what I usually have and I liked it a lot. As for the desserts I don't know, because I always have either the tozzetti with wine or the ciambelline with wine. The wines don't have much selection, but I take the house one which is a red Frascati that I like. I've never had problems with the service, maybe also because I go there for lunch in the middle of the week and it's not crowded. The prices for me are more than adequate for the quality of the food which I repeat is high. For me it's always a confirmation, I go back every time and every time I get up full and satisfied.
