We have been customers since their beginnings in Guidonia in via Gabelli. Now they have moved to a new and more beautiful location with a room also suitable for weddings, they have a beautiful outdoor space with a swimming pool (scenic only) and a large shaded outdoor car park. We had excellent fried foods: supplì, courgette flowers, cod fillets. The pizzas deserve a special mention: from classic to gourmet: so delicious that they do not fear comparison with the most famous names of the most famous Roman pizzerias. Their tiramisu is a must try! Friendly and courteous staff. Well done Giorgio and Monica, they have always done this job with passion and innovation. Ps: also try their restaurant and their good meats and lots of choice

Beautiful experience, truly superb and well cooked meat, fast and courteous service. Really nice environment. Price within the norm and given the quality of the right product. Definitely worth trying again.

In an environment that is in the process of consolidation, but pleasant and also with convenient parking. I am served well prepared and quality dishes. good level service. The lack of more wines is however forgiven for having recently opened the new location. Worth highlighting is the vast choice of meats.

17/08/2024: Ristorante trovato per caso in centro città. Non ho mai mangiato così bene per un prezzo così basso. Primo e Secondo di ottima qualità. Si sente proprio un vero lavoro dentro i piatì ! Il vino era anche di buona qualità. Il cameriere che ci ha servito era professionale e gentilissimo. Complimenti a tutti per il vostro grande lavoro !! Grazie ancora.
02/08/2024: Special mention to Angelo, who was waiting on me and my family. So helpful, friendly and made our evening very pleasant. He understood that some dishes might not be to children’s palate, and suggested other suitable ones. When asked to make my son’s dish without cheese, him and the kitchen staff were so accommodating. All the food were delicious, wine was good, atmosphere was what we were after, in the streets of Rome, eating al fresco. We will be here for more while in Rome. And very convenient as we are 20 steps from our air b&b.

Saporito Forno-Laboratorio-Cucina

24/02/2024: Booked Valentine's dinner. All perfect. Top! Pizza with escarole number one! Top quality! I discovered Saporito through the app Too Good To Go (=too good to throw away) is an app to combat food waste in shops during closing hours. I got some boxes from them for take away, but upon entering this shop I was able to see the goodness and quality of EVERYTHING they have: bread, cured meats, cheeses, wine and sparkling wines. There will be no shortage of opportunities to buy and taste other things. In the shop, there are also small tables with stools for eating on site, both indoors in the shop and outside on the relevant pavement. To underline, not trivially, the availability, courtesy and kindness of the owners and staff. Highly recommended.
