Very good place always crowded and safe

Since we have been living in Faenza for personal and professional reasons, my wife and I have gone to this place several times, both as a couple and with guests. Nothing to say, everything is always very good, the food, the quick, polite but casual service, the quality of the raw materials and the perfect hygiene. I would like to point out that we come from regions where food and conviviality are a predominant part of habits and customs, Lazio and Sicily, and we are also particularly attentive to details. Again, nothing to complain about. Go to Pavona and you won't regret it. P.S. I am neither a relative nor a family friend of theirs 😄

It is a trattoria/pizzeria located in the Faenza countryside. I have been frequenting this place since its inception but only for the pizza which I still find unattainable. Although obviously it's a matter of taste. The dough is thin, light and crunchy. At the antipodes of the Neapolitan genre. It can be had with the classic condiments or even with some innovative and/or seasonal proposals. Until we get to the sweet pizza with ice cream and berries for dessert. Good assortment of beers. Prices around 10-13 euros for pizzas. I would say proportionate to the quality. For those who don't want pizza, there are all the classics of the Romagna tradition on the menu, from appetizers to desserts. You can often find seasonal off-menu proposals based on meat or even fish. Large free parking adjacent to the venue. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
