Excellent restaurant in Magentino. The fish is excellent. The cuisine is meticulously prepared. The pizzas are excellent and tasty. I prefer the lighter, more digestible kamut pasta. I tried the paella; I highly recommend it; it's truly delicious and generous with ingredients. The house wine is good, but there's a wide selection of good wines by the bottle. The service is excellent, and the staff is exquisitely friendly. You feel at home in this restaurant, where you're always greeted by the manager with a smile and a cheerful atmosphere. I recommend it.

Four of us had dinner at Nuova Forchetta and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was lovely and very welcoming. We ate very well. Special thanks to the waiter for his great professionalism. We will definitely be back.

We tried this restaurant both during the week with the lunch menu and on the weekend, and were satisfied both times. Generous portions with carefully prepared dishes and truly kind and attentive staff, good value for money.

This was the best restaurant we went to in Italy. All the dishes were delicious, very well served, very reasonably priced, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Bino was very friendly and attentive to us. We ate here every day. The pizza is amazing. We certainly won't forget it.

Nice location on the edge of the city center. It is a bit more about food served on a tablecloth than traditional Italian pizzerias. We were there late on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was practically empty. The food was tasty and the service was good.

I went to the restaurant... I had booked since it was Saturday. Well, what can I say? We had a pizza, I'd say very good, very large and with a thickness that was neither too thin nor too thin...just right... the place is nice... the waiters were polite and kind... the owner who charged us was VERY NICE, POLITE AND KIND, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE... YOU ARE GREAT, KEEP IT UP... WE'LL BE BACK
