Ristorante Pizzeria La Fratta In Verucchio

A magical place both abroad with the magnificent panorama, and inside which seems like a continuation of the fortress that characterizes the town. The food was as good as the service.

Beautiful location for this restaurant at the entrance to Verucchio Vecchio. You go down the stairs and find yourself on a large outdoor terrace where, if the weather permits, you can dine in front of a breathtaking view, I think among the most beautiful I have ever seen. Inside the place is very suggestive, medieval style, wooden tables, cutlery rest tiles, wrought iron chandeliers, themed furnishings, exposed bricks. The gastronomic offer is good and changes according to the seasonality of the products. Homemade bread of all types. The pizza slice, I must say excellent, among which the onion, burrata and Alice stood out. Quality first and second courses, top quality Sangiovese wine. The only note, at least for me, is a second course, the aubergine a little dry and hard and the sweet tiramisu which didn't excite me. But apart from this, a restaurant that I highly recommend if you want not only to eat, but to live an experience in MONTEFELTRO.

È complesso esprimersi su questo ristorante (location affascinante e romantica sia la terrazza esterna che all'interno) in quanto gli alti e i bassi sono ripetuti, costanti e repentini. Es. numero 1. Non esiste una carta dei vini. Se vuoi un vino, ti alzi, vai all'interno e lo trovi in esposizione (10/15 bottiglie non di più). Mah! La terrazza esterna è lasciata in balia di due giovani ragazzini alle primissime armi. Il ragazzo molto attento è premuroso (aggiunge spontaneamente una sedia al tavolo per consentirci di poggiare effetti personali) ha un futuro nella ristorazione. La ragazza stile Hansel e Gretel appare come dispersa nella foresta dell'orca. Totalmente inerte a qualunque sollecitazione esterna. Le chiedi un posacenere? Non arriva mai (poi rimedia il collega). Le chiedi dell'olio? Idem. Vuoi del ghiaccio? Ti porta un blocco unico grande come una cartolina, non separabile se non con mazzola e scalpello. Ovviamente abbiamo preso tutto molto serenamente. Figuriamoci. Note favorevoli. Si mangia bene. Vitello e guanciale molto buoni. Pizza (o focaccia che sia) alla pala, anch'essa di qualità. Un po' anemica nel colore sembrava poco cotta, ma in realtà molto digeribile. Dimenticavo la titolare anch'essa molto gentile e premurosa. PS. Il ghiaccio serviva perché la birra non era alla corretta temperatura. Voto 6,5. Ma potenziale da 10.

Abbiamo cenato in un ambiente davvero unico. I tavoli all’aperto e la magnifica vista panoramica hanno fatto da cornice ad un menù del Buon ricordo sicuramente d’eccellenza. La grazia e la passione della titolare Alessandra hanno reso onore alle sue origini Salentine! Noi ci torneremo e vi invitiamo a fermarvi anche voi! Super
