A bit disappointed compared to the reviews I'd read and heard. The farinata was decent, but the gorgonzola on top definitely needs to be sweeter and melt better, and the cured meats should be sliced ​​thinner. The mixed antipasto was a no-no (you can't even put a tiny slice of brie... at least a small piece of seasoned cheese). Even the highly praised desserts didn't wow me. What can I say about the place... a few seats could be changed. Polite staff.

Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was very good, and so were the desserts. Very affordable and easy to reach.

I went to Trattoria Carlo e Fornaci – perfect service, friendly and professional. I ordered the tagliata, which tasted good but unfortunately was tough and sinewy. They kindly changed the knife twice. It happens. I'll gladly return, though; I know this area well. For dessert, I had one of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. The house red wine, Dolcetto, was also excellent, and to finish, I had a coffee with Sambuca. I mentioned the tough meat, but I'll gladly give it another try – next time, I'll try the donkey stew or the pork shank.

Restaurant and pizzeria in a very old and unique stone country house, good pizza and service, a great place to escape the chaos of the seafront.

the food is divine and the place is beautiful. absolutely not to be missed.
