The cuisine is excellent, not very elaborate, but essential and genuine. The service is good and there is no lack of kindness and attention towards the customer. Unfortunately the place is not the best. The spaces should be redistributed. Anyway, when you go to eat, some pay more attention to the plates than to the walls. I belong to the first category. I've said mine... for the rest, "do your best".

Abbiamo cenato con mia moglie a La Baita in un freddo giovedì di Dicembre, riscaldato da un bel termocamino all'interno, e abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e accogliente. Io ho scelto una pizza Calabrotta (vedi foto) e lei una Bufala veramente buone e cotte a legna, qualche fritto come antipasto e del buon vino della casa, concludendo con dei tortini cuore caldo fatti in casa molto buoni. I prezzi onesti e la qualità buona, lo consiglio a chi cerca un posto lontano dal centro, caldo, a gestione familiare, tranquillo e con un ampio parcheggio. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare i primi durante il nostro prossimo soggiorno termale.

I ate here with my partner, excellent quality and price. Homemade pasta and excellent meat. Kindness from the owner and the super friendly and polite waiter. I recommend it and we will return as soon as possible. PS. Quality above the price, fettuccine with wild boar and fabulous gorgonzola and walnut gnocchi, for me here you eat the real escalope with porcini mushrooms. All garnished with homemade bread and desserts... but truly homemade. See you soon.. and we'll get to grips with it 😅😅

Located near Lake Canterno. The place has ample parking as well as space between tables. Not very modern but it's fine. Good and light pizza. There is no cover charge. And we spent little each. Therefore, the quality/price ratio is definitely the best of the places we have visited so far

I ate typical dishes from Ciociaria and, then, an extraordinary pizza. Advised.

I am celiac and I have never eaten such good fettuccine cacio e pepe. They are homemade by them. For us celiacs they do absolutely everything. The pizza was delicious as was everything else. Attentive and courteous service. I have a small child and even with the place full they quickly managed to prepare an express dish for him. In four days I have been there twice and I hope to return very soon. Highly recommended.

Ambiente familiare semplice e confortevole. I primi eccellenti. Le fettuccine ottime,fatte in casa e con funghi porcini davvero gustose. Le scaloppine al formaggio molto buone,carne tenera e ottimo il condimento. Considerando il giorno di festa è comprensibile il servizio lento,ma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.Prezzi giusti. Lo consiglio.
