Today we took a day trip to Bolzano and stopped for dinner in Merano on the way back. We found this pizzeria while Googling and even got a table without booking.
All three of us ate pizza. It was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the price was good.
We'd be happy to go back...

There's an indoor and outdoor seating area, and it's a bit quieter inside. Kirchsteiger's pizzas and drinks are very good quality, but some drink prices are a bit high.
For larger groups, you'll need to make a reservation for dinner; it was almost always full by 8 p.m.
I'd happily return.

I really appreciate that we went to this restaurant second day of our stay. We absolutely love this restaurant <3 The food was simply delicious – so good that we ended up coming here almost every day. Both the Italian and Austrian dishes were excellent, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Honestly, I’m surprised it doesn’t have more stars, because the quality and taste definitely deserve it. Highly recommended

A particularly beautiful, large terrace in the courtyard, planted with flowers and shaded by an awning, with a tasteful choice of colors. And the food is also beautifully presented and very tasty, with an unusual salad selection to accompany the tender sea bream. A diverse selection to suit all tastes. Simply special and a feel-good factor, with fair prices.
