Ate for lunch today 🍝 very good, ravioli and meat with ragù, meatballs and side dishes... all excellent. The owner of immense kindness... Very good👏

Swimming pool a little small but well maintained, all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast without savory foods but we are in Italy and I'm not shocked. Positive all in all 👍

Everything perfect, very comfortable room with air conditioning, excellent and plentiful breakfast, very friendly staff and relaxing swimming pool. 🥰

We stayed at the Insomnia hotel this weekend. First of all, I want to point out the arrogant and presumptuous ways of the reseptionist, who made a fuss over every request we made (e.g. to use the swimming pool a few hours before check in, asking us for 20 euros... absurd things we've never seen before). As for our room (very nice and spacious), but I report strong smell of buffalo during the night, if you keep the window open. Lack of curtain and shutters that can protect from the first rays of the morning sun. Furthermore, so that we don't miss anything, at 7 in the morning, the gardener shows up with the lawnmower right under our window and forced us to wake up... what a way... BREAKFAST with poor quality products and MD sub-brands. I wouldn't go back.

We found this hotel by chance after a bad experience with another one previously booked. I never expected it but it has friendly staff, clean, beautiful and above all spacious rooms, excellent catering. Welcoming me and my friends was the owner who demonstrated a helpfulness and empathy never found in a structure. Choose Emilio, because the comfort and availability found here, you cannot find anywhere else.

We are old customers, who returned because we had good memories. We were disappointed by the change in the menu, we preferred the old one with an excellent quality-price ratio. We were also amazed by the uncourteous attitude of the staff, we entered the restaurant when the room was empty, in the meantime other customers arrived, the waitress took the others' orders first and then ours, making us wait in vain. I find this a great act of rudeness, not to mention some of his not very nice digs, leaving us embarrassed in front of other people, the waiter, to whom we spoke until the end of lunch, was much more polite. I'm sorry, we will reluctantly not return, because offering customers the quality of the product is important, but it is equally essential to have a good relationship with them, which is not just superficial. P.S. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
