Superlative pizza, with sophisticated flavors and a soft dough. I recommend the pizza with yellow and red datterini tomatoes, shrimp, and a hint of citrus. The pasta with pistachio pesto, pancetta, and cream, and the pizza with mortadella, pistachios, and burrata are also very good. I can't wait to go back!

The dough is light and well-leavened, perfectly cooked both in the center and around the edges. The pizzas are generous, well-topped, and made with top-quality ingredients; you can tell they've put a lot of care into selecting the ingredients. Very convenient for those visiting from out of town: ample parking adjacent to the restaurant makes it easy to find and reach. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, with a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the waiters are helpful and professional. Wait times were short, even on weekends, which is always a plus. In addition to pizzas, the restaurant offers carefully crafted Sicilian cuisine, with generous portions and authentic flavors. The desserts are also excellent, especially the cannoli and semifreddo. Very good value, considering the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommended for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. A must-visit in Caltanissetta for anyone who loves good pizza!
