Excellent pizza, even for celiacs. Reasonable prices.

The two of us ate there. The restaurant is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which we found very pleasant. The two young waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Their English might not have been perfect, but everything worked fine. The menu was available in English. The pizza dough itself was delicious and, in terms of value for money, perfectly acceptable for Milan. The mozzarella in the Caprese was very watery and almost tasteless inside. I don't know if that could be due to the quality. The food arrived after just 5 minutes, which we found very fast; it felt like it had just been set up. The water glasses that had been put on the table earlier were unfortunately dirty (small spots on the glass). The lights on the wall also needed a dusting; you could see dust and cobwebs there. In the background, a large TV was playing a talent show, perhaps not entirely appropriate for the dining area. All in all, it was okay, but there's still room for improvement.

Here is a possible review: "Il Principe is a pizza restaurant that presents itself well aesthetically, with a bright, spacious and clean room. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is poor and the waiters seem not to pay much attention to the needs of the customers, passing away several times empty-handed without caring about the requests. The food is quite good, but there are some notable exceptions, such as the burger which appears to be low quality frozen food. The kitchen appears to be poorly organised, with very long waiting times for some dishes and others arriving quickly. It would be advisable to better organize the management of the tables, so that everyone can eat at the same time. Overall, Il Principe has potential, but needs significant improvements in service and kitchen organization to offer a satisfying customer experience."
