I'll start by saying that I only go there for lunch so I only use the work menus but they are very kind and polite.

The food is incredible, the owner is so kind, and the place is the neighborhood restaurant you always want to try. My group got an appetizer, a few pizzas and wine, and it was so delicious. Highly recommend!

Such great people and food! Very homestyle Italian cooking. Great for takeout as well got sick on our last days of our honeymoon. The waiters taking my orders were so nice!

An exceptional find near our hotel, spotted by chance but immediately booked for the same evening. Extremely generous portions at a great price. I don't have a photo of the tagliata steak we ordered as a main course, but it was excellent, too. Only one note: by our standards, the pici with white pork and pecorino ragù were a bit salty. However, not enough to keep my partner from finishing them for me (once I was full). If we ever return to Florence, we'll definitely return! Very friendly and professional staff

It was an impromptu dinner. Not knowing where else to go, I found this local place on The Fork with a 30% discount. I'd never been there before, and I have to say I was pleased. The interior is very large, and the pizza is excellent and reasonably priced!

GROM - Il Gelato come una volta

04/02/2026: The best gelato! The tastes are natural and delicious, I can recommend strawberry, stracciatella and pistachio. The portions are big so keep this in mind.
30/01/2026: We have spent a week in Florence and my partner who is Gluten Free has been craving Gelato and wanting to try it in the origin of where it was made. The issue we had is that anytime we asked vendors if it was Gluten Free, they laughed at us. With a quick google search we found GROM, and I'm glad we did! It is 100% Gluten Free (although you couldn't tell as it tastes incredible. So many choices to choose from, including pistachio sauce, chocolate sauce and whipped cream! Great value for money and incredibly delicious! We went a few times throughout our stay here and we will definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome and providing some of the best Gelato I've ever had!

18/12/2025: Great location. Quite area. Close to tourist attractions . Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant. Excellent customer service.
11/12/2025: I collaborated with this hotel for an event and my experience was impeccable. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always available. I also had the opportunity to try the on-site restaurant, which offers high-end gourmet cuisine and a remarkable variety of dishes. The seafood menu I sampled was particularly excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have the opportunity.
