Characteristic stone restaurant behind the cathedral. Crowded, with tables quite close together, like a company cafeteria. There's a choice between the restaurant menu and the pizza menu, a varied and well-described selection. The pizza is well-leavened, cooked very well, and topped with good-quality, fresh ingredients. The appetizers and desserts are worth trying. The waiters are young, friendly, and attentive. The quality/price ratio is essentially balanced.

Excellent restaurant in the historic center. The food is good both as a restaurant and as a pizzeria. Prices are quite high, but the dishes are very delicate and delicious. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic and noisy.

There isn't a single comment that can detract from the excellence of this restaurant. The food is excellent, the refinement is exquisite, and the attention to detail is evident, even in a delicious mixed salad! Excellent oils and great expertise in accompanying the art of dining under the guidance of a great Chef and her team!

Scoperta casuale ma di grande soddisfazione! Pizze varie e fantasiose davvero BUONISSIME per impasto (alto morbido e croccante) e condimento (originale e assai ben combinato). Ottimi e originali anche i dolci. Assolutamente da tornare. È anche molto carino il luogo.

Non ho mai mangiato una pizza e degli antipasti più buoni. Tutto è curatissimo e l’abbinamento con l’olio adatto alla pietanza è la ciliegina sulla torta. Ogni portata viene abbinata ad un olio differente che ne esalta il gusto; persino alcuni dolci sono conditi con olii tipici pugliesi, scelti ovviamente in base al sapore in questione. Il locale si trova proprio nel centro storico ed è molto bello e curato; il servizio impeccabile. Il proprietario e lo staff di una disponibilità unica.

I highly recommend it. The service was very pleasant. The chef was very professional. And above all, it was very, very good... The only downside was the plastic chairs, which don't reflect the quality of this restaurant at all.

The place is nice, adjacent to the Bitonto Cathedral, you can get there on foot given the historic center. The menu is medium-high range, but does not meet expectations. However, the food is good. I never talk about stars and I do not quantify the judgment based on them, but if the menu was diversified in some ways it would be better. An example: a person alone could not access a single appetizer, because they are large portions, like for two people at least and do not have continuity with the first and second courses, they almost never connect. It seems like a menu based on .... I eat an appetizer and then the dessert; or the first and the dessert and so on. I repeat, the food is good, but in my opinion there is no connection between the courses. The staff is kind and the owners take personal care of their customers. Improvable 😉
