Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Bitonto, at the foot of the splendid Cathedral.

There isn't a single comment that can detract from the excellence of this restaurant. The food is excellent, the refinement is exquisite, and the attention to detail is evident, even in a delicious mixed salad! Excellent oils and great expertise in accompanying the art of dining under the guidance of a great Chef and her team!

I highly recommend it. The service was very pleasant. The chef was very professional. And above all, it was very, very good... The only downside was the plastic chairs, which don't reflect the quality of this restaurant at all.

The place is nice, adjacent to the Bitonto Cathedral, you can get there on foot given the historic center. The menu is medium-high range, but does not meet expectations. However, the food is good. I never talk about stars and I do not quantify the judgment based on them, but if the menu was diversified in some ways it would be better. An example: a person alone could not access a single appetizer, because they are large portions, like for two people at least and do not have continuity with the first and second courses, they almost never connect. It seems like a menu based on .... I eat an appetizer and then the dessert; or the first and the dessert and so on. I repeat, the food is good, but in my opinion there is no connection between the courses. The staff is kind and the owners take personal care of their customers. Improvable 😉

Davvero un peccato che la pizza sia annacquata ogni volta, praticamente viene rovinata completamente. Non è roba di stracciatella perché non c'era sulla mia pizza. Probabilmente è proprio la mozzarella che viene utilizzata, non discuto la qualità ma probabilmente non è quella più indicata per le pizze visto che mi tocca ogni volta cambiare piatto per togliere il lago e mangiare una pizza inumidita che non è proprio il massimo. Un peccato perché la trovo davvero buona nell'impasto ma ogni volta stessa storia. Per il resto tutto ok.

For our last meal in Puglia, we really enjoyed ourselves! A delicious pizza and a fantastic octopus! The icing on the cake: a collection of olive oils to enjoy on crispy bread... thank you 🤩

Simply one of the best pizzerias in the area. Great variety of pizzas (I recommend the one with pumpkin cream, bacon and mushrooms), attentive service and very kind staff
