Nice place, furnished with taste and simplicity Precise, attentive service. The chef takes care of the tables and also recommends the dishes. The raw materials are excellent. The dishes are good, the presentation is also pleasant. The white wine list is limited and almost entirely local. There was a wider choice of Rossi, which I didn't take into consideration. The price is a bit high considering the place, even if you can see and feel the quality while eating. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

FROM DELICIOUS FISH STARTERS ENRICHED WITH BRANDY, PASSION FRUIT AND BITONTINE BLACK OLIVE POWDER, OMELETTE WITH TRUFFLE FLAKES, MOVING ON TO AN INCREDIBLE FILLET IMMERSED IN PORCINI AND TRUFFLE. Durante un transito a Bitonto, trovato questo ristorante per puro caso nella città vecchia, solo perchè il più vicino al B&B dove eravamo alloggiati io e mia moglie. Location veramente bella e pulita. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che ci ha illustrato le delizie del ristorante. Ho mangiato uno dei migliori filetti della mia vita (al blu di bufala). Notevoli gli assaggi di pane pugliese abbrustolito e condito con i vari olii locali. Prezzo non economicissimo ma ne vale veramente la pena

Beaucoup de choix de pizzas avec des produits locaux. Pizza délicieuse, vin des Pouilles l'accompagnant : un délice! En plus de cela, le personnel très serviable et réactif. Je recommande vivement !

Impeccable service, the best pizza I've ever eaten, especially for the quality of the dough and cooking.

The pizza is really good and this is also demonstrated by the numerous Gambero Rosso warning stickers. In the summer we eat mainly outside (inside they told me that everything was booked even if there were few seats available inside which were not occupied for my entire stay in the restaurant). Here there is a rather crowded environment even if the friendly waiters managed the service very well. I will definitely be back!

Upon request there is the possibility of ordering pizzas with vegan mozzarella 🌱 (you must call in advance and book).

Dough: with semolina? Not exactly "light", you can like it or not, it's not a "traditional" pizza. All good ingredients, but if there aren't fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, why do you serve them as fresh? If the sorbets aren't ready, why are you making me wait for them to freeze in the freezer? The service was a little distracted and detached, yet there weren't many people, perhaps the tiredness of the day was making itself felt. Prices are not exactly light: you have to pay for quality, but sometimes you exaggerate a little... Does the location make you forget everything else? No. Beautiful place, near the cathedral, but overall this pizzeria has lights and shadows. Different dough, good ingredients, but, for my taste, it is not the pizzeria I would recommend to friends who stop in Bitonto.
