Dough: with semolina? Not exactly "light", you can like it or not, it's not a "traditional" pizza. All good ingredients, but if there aren't fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, why do you serve them as fresh? If the sorbets aren't ready, why are you making me wait for them to freeze in the freezer? The service was a little distracted and detached, yet there weren't many people, perhaps the tiredness of the day was making itself felt. Prices are not exactly light: you have to pay for quality, but sometimes you exaggerate a little...
Does the location make you forget everything else? No. Beautiful place, near the cathedral, but overall this pizzeria has lights and shadows.
Different dough, good ingredients, but, for my taste, it is not the pizzeria I would recommend to friends who stop in Bitonto.

Excellent experience within the historic center of Bitonto. Very good pizza dough and very suggestive context. Prices a little higher than average but the quality of the food is unquestionable.

Very good pizza, really excellent. Homemade dessert well presented and excellently created. The quality of the ingredients is high. The Service was fast and attentive. Also appreciated that the owner (I think) walked around the tables to make sure everything was fine. The price is a little high compared to standards, but for the service offered, it's okay. Advised.

From appetizers to desserts, explosions of incredible flavours. The owner Emanuele is very courteous and always available to advise you and offer you his news.
One of the few to offer you different types of oils to taste.
If you stop in Bitonto you can't help but have dinner at his place.

We took the bruschettas (very good with fresh oil but paying €1.5 each is a bit much for the small portions), baked potatoes good, right portion and €5 the right price, pasta dish with sea urchin pulp 20 € average; as far as good pizzas and average cost are concerned. To review the cover price of €2.5 is quite high. The desserts were also good and we got tiramisu €6 and sorbets. The location is beautiful, well-kept and very clean. I can only give 5 stars to the fields indicated above and for this reason I recommend it.

Das Team arbeitet toll zusammen und kommuniziert sehr gut. Die Ware ist sehr gut, das Essen besonders lecker und interessant, gerade in Kombination mit den guten Olivenölen dort. Die Weinauswahl ist auch sehr gut. Ein Rundumgenuss!
