Simply one of the best pizzerias in the area. Great variety of pizzas (I recommend the one with pumpkin cream, bacon and mushrooms), attentive service and very kind staff

We found ourselves spending the weekend in Bitonto, we went to the Patriarca Restaurant. We are from Puglia, but Puglia itself always surprises us, what does Trump know about Italian cuisine?! We were welcomed by the youthful, helpful, quick and kind staff. The chef, who went around the tables, made us feel at home, the food is excellent, you can say all this in person.

How can you start a review with a 'Mea culpa'?, you who are reading me will say. Well yes, I admit, I should have visited it much earlier, this natural reserve of culinary delights that totally satisfied my sense of taste. Located in the historic center of Bitonto, a stone's throw from the cathedral, this place, pleasantly set up and with impeccable service, is able to meet the needs of a varied clientele, because it offers a choice of courses: traditional and gourmet pizzas, first courses, second courses dishes, side dishes, desserts, all prepared with excellent quality ingredients, with tasty and refined flavours. Price appropriate to the satisfaction you feel in staying in this place. Go there, I recommend it, you will avoid reciting my "Mea culpa". Then don't tell me I didn't warn you.

04/05/2025: On the occasion of my son's baptism we had lunch at this restaurant. Excellent food in all courses. Excellent quality of raw materials and preparation. Friendly staff, ready and always available. The value for money is excellent.
01/05/2025: The restaurant is very nice and the food is good, but I noticed the flaw described by other users, namely the fact that on holidays the service is really very slow. To be clear, we are talking about an hour and a half from arrival to receive the first courses. Since the place deserves it, this flaw must be corrected. Otherwise the service is polite.

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.
