Excellent traditional local restaurant offering typical local products, without confusion, excellent food, courteous owners, kind and patient waitress, normal prices. Externally you can easily find parking spaces for cars and motorbikes. Conclusion: it would be great to find the availability of a tourist menu, it is recommended to everyone.

In a characteristic village in the province of Matera, outside the most well-known tourist routes, Cirigliano, there is this beautiful place, where the local stone and the rustic environment reign supreme. Welcomed as one does with a relative in the family, we ordered a varied appetizer of local specialties, where the pork is served in different ways: one of them the egg cooked with sausage with a cascade of paprika covering. Two first courses, one with cavatelli, bran peppers and fried breadcrumbs and the other with excellent fresh pasta tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Roasted lamb and sausage cooked directly over hot coals in plain sight. Local wine and bitters to complete lunch. The price? Absolutely convenient. To return.

Mangio al mulino da anni e ogni volta venire qui è una coccola per il palato,puoi sentirti a casa,ogni tanto ho voglia di mangiare alcuni piatti che mi piacciono solo nel modo in cui li cucinano qui come la bresaola agli agrumi ,il primo di cavatelli al pistacchio o la tagliata con scaglie di grana rucola e pomodorini e molto altro ancora ,servizio eccellente e prezzi molto accessibili,lo consiglio vivamente!
