Cameriere troppo insistente. Proporre al buio a nuovi clienti una serie di antipasti, senza aver idea del costo è una mossa per me troppo azzardata. Sicuramente è una scelta che paga al momento visto il conto. Bisogna chiedersi però se il cliente avrà voglia di tornare. Se la qualità dei prodotti è buona, senza dubbio lo è, non c'è bisogno di decantarla in questo modo. Questa è la mia opinione.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted impeccably: a beautiful, warm, and professional welcome. Alessandro, a very young and very friendly man, was at the entrance; I believe he was in charge of the pizza toppings. It was truly wonderful to see a place where young people have space and responsibility, enthusiastically contributing to the atmosphere. The Il Gufo experience definitely exceeded our expectations. We started with a series of truly thoughtful appetizers: the creamy pink sauce on shrimp and lettuce, the carpaccio with arugula and parmesan shavings, and the rich and fresh seafood salad. All dishes were beautifully presented, as you can see from the photos, and above all, delicious. We also ordered four pizzas: light, well-cooked, and topped with quality ingredients. To conclude, the desserts were spectacular, carefully crafted and truly delicious. We had a small problem during the evening, but the most important thing is that the owner resolved it immediately, with professionalism and kindness: a rare attitude that truly makes a difference. The staff was impeccable: Elia, who served us, was a true professional—young, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and able to explain each dish perfectly. The manager is also helpful and approachable, which contributes to the welcoming, family atmosphere. High quality, affordable prices, and excellent service. A place to definitely return to!
