I had the pleasure of visiting the Il Gufo Restaurant in Carono for Pertusella starting from Brescia and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to detail, making the service impeccable. The pizza I tasted is undoubtedly the best I've eaten in the last ten years: cooked to perfection, with the highest quality ingredients and a truly unique flavour. I highly recommend everyone to pay a visit to this restaurant and try their amazing pizza!"

Excellent restaurant with quality Italian cuisine... kind and helpful owner and staff, even without a reservation on a Saturday evening they welcomed us and served us to perfection... the Gufo appetizer is absolutely worth trying.

Excellent place, excellent pizza that doesn't force you to drink all night as often happens. I agree with the choice not to allow dogs inside as I find it very unhygienic in a place where there is food. We will definitely be back!

Mine is a pizza experience. Pizza is very particular for me, it is practically a large disc of very thin and crunchy stuffed dough. It's not bad, the pasta is good and digestible, but my concept of pizza is more traditional. The service was sufficiently quick, the waiter was pleasantly a little too nagging but in his defense I must say that he recommended, almost forced, an appetizer based on two bruschettas and a pretty good Apulian burratina. With a drink and dessert the bill was 35 euros each
