We organized an evening of pizza and fried food for 13. To be on the safe side, my friends and I unanimously decided on the Buchetto. After making a reservation, we met right there. Starting with fried food, zucchini flower supplì, cod fillet, and Ascoli olives, everything was delicious, all freshly prepared and served together. The various pizzas, always for 13, arrived at the table within 2 minutes, all really good and crispy, just the way we Romans like it. Last night we accidentally discovered this (hidden) pizzeria. They serve exceptional fried food! Fantastic, shallow Roman pizzas, cooked to perfection, and we discovered they also offer gluten-free options! Excellent! We'll definitely be back!

I'd often heard about Buchetto, and from what I'd heard, I expected something more. The place is really small, as the name describes it well, and the atmosphere is simple and welcoming. The staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to accommodate requests, which is definitely a plus. The food, however, was average: good, but nothing that particularly impressed me, both the pizza (thin, dry, and lacking in mozzarella) and the famous fried pizza and zucchini flowers, which were good, but absolutely average (you can find the same at most Roman pizzerias). One inconvenience is the parking, which is practically nonexistent: finding a spot in the area is difficult, especially during rush hour. In short, my overall rating is satisfactory: I can't say I had a bad experience, but it wasn't an exceptional experience either. In short, considering it's a bit far from home, the trip isn't worth returning to.

I was recommended by some colleagues to try their courgette flowers in various versions, I found them truly exceptional, from the classic to the mortadella with pistachios and truffle, the pizzas are also excellent, we will return as the food is excellent and the staff is very welcoming
