First time in this place and we will definitely be back. Delicious dishes, plentiful and prices in line with the competition. Very kind staff and fast service. Recommended

Excellent dishes from the best Sicilian culinary tradition, including imperial couscous, busiate with Trapani-style pesto and aubergine caponata. All carefully prepared in generous portions and accompanied by local wine. Medium-high prices but great satisfaction, also for the courtesy and service of the staff.

Fixed appointment every time I go to San Vito Lo Capo. I went during the period of fresh capone fish and I tasted it in the caponata of capone fish and in the busiate al capone... a poem

Lovely food. Gluten free mains, including busiate gluten free. No gluten free puddings. But staff helpful and atmosphere lovely.

Turistico, forse troppo…. Servizio non impeccabile, specialmente nel vino…. Si potrebbe fare molto meglio e molto di più…. Preso cous cous imperiale, a mio modestissimo parere di imperiale non aveva gran che… specialmente se si considera il prezzo. Qualità della materia prima buona, ma non eccellente. Da rivedere. Per la location che ha merita ben altro a livello di servizio e ricercatezza nei piatti.

10/11/2024: Here is a review for L'Oasi di Paolo: I had an unforgettable stay at L'Oasi di Paolo in Sicily, and I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough! It is an enchanting place, family-run, where every detail is taken care of with love and attention. The staff is uniquely kind: always available and ready to make guests feel at home. We had chosen half board, and I can say that it was a perfect choice. Each meal was a true culinary experience, with dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The cuisine is authentically Sicilian, and each course left us speechless. You can see the passion with which each dish is prepared: divine flavors and generous portions that reflect the typical hospitality of the region. Paolo's Oasis is truly a small paradise, where you can relax and enjoy the real Sicily. We can't wait to return!
