Informal yet welcoming atmosphere, with smiling and friendly staff. The tagliolini allo scoglio and fritto misto are delicious. Prices are absolutely average.

Excellent restaurant… fried prawns with fabulous slivers… the cold starter was excellent… not to mention the fried food… truly special… since we were feeling guilty we also ordered some sautéed chard which was very organic… what can I say, those too are super… highly recommended

04/01/2026: I highly recommend Sambuga, where you'll find highly qualified staff who will guide you through the selection of dishes, which are expertly prepared and plated, using only the finest ingredients. You'll also find a well-stocked wine cellar, and they'll be able to advise you on the perfect wine to complement your meal. And to finish, you'll be delighted by the desserts crafted by a master pastry chef who will leave you speechless.
28/12/2025: Great experience. We tried several dishes (thanks in part to the half-portion option), and they were all delicious and refined. The desserts were also truly delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

01/02/2026: A refined, lively, and relaxing atmosphere. They also offer vegan and gluten-free menus, as well as traditional Marche dishes. Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, highly recommended!
27/01/2026: I went for the first time on December 31, 2025 with friends, and it was a real discovery. The place is original and cute, the staff is friendly, and the food, despite the unusual evening, was excellent. So much so that we took home what we didn't get to eat, it was so good and so delicious! We'll definitely return on a "normal" evening, curious to try other dishes!
