Ristorante Pizzeria GheBel In Ossimo

We stopped for lunch and I have to say we were really impressed. The cuisine is truly excellent, the dishes carefully prepared and special. We took the platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by a slightly spicy cherry jam and some preserved aubergines rigorously prepared by them of incredible goodness! The snails served wrapped in crispy bacon like skewers on a bed of polenta are very tasty....must try! The most particular dish is the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms which are stirred into the parmesan shape in front of the guests before being plated... a sight to behold but above all a spectacle for the palate! The managers are very attentive to the quality of the products and flavor combinations, they enhance the typical products of their area by preparing tasty dishes with new techniques but above all they are attentive to authenticity by producing a lot of the products you need. The service and welcome are impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. If you are in the area, stop by and try it...it's really worth it!!! A very pleasant experience that we hope to repeat as soon as possible. Thanks for the wonderful lunch!
