Saturday night...other pizzerias in Siena are fully booked. Let's try this one, under new management. We were pleasantly surprised. Excellent pizza, courteous and efficient staff, and very fast service. The pizza was very tasty and, above all, easy to digest!! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I spent 12 days in Siena to care for my mother in the hospital. Chance brought me to this fantastic place. It was close to the Rugani clinic and easily accessible by car. I took their advice and often accepted. It's a very versatile, quiet place frequented by a diverse crowd. I ate well for a reasonable price, the service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and looked after me during my stay. I ate the local pasta dishes off the menu and devoured their pizzas in the evening! The pizza was like nothing I'd had in a long time: just the right thickness, perfectly cooked, and they don't skimp on the toppings. The manager was also courteous when I ordered a grilled chicken and two tomatoes with a salad off the menu. Unfortunately, I've been out of the habit of eating out for a long time, and he made me happy, even though it's more like a hospital meal than a restaurant meal. Prices are very reasonable, but of course, you pay for what you consume, so if you're careful, you can still eat for less. The portions are very generous, in short, you eat well and the price is fair. I recommend it, but if you don't go, that's your business. I will definitely go back as soon as we have our check-up.

I've been there a couple of times. The pizza is good, the kind of thick and soft that I like, although once they brought it to me with the bottom a bit burnt. The first courses, with homemade pastas, and the traditional meat dishes are great; you can tell the ingredients are top-quality. The service, on the other hand, is a bit patchy. One time, when it was a small crowd, they were quick and friendly. The other time, when it was full, they seemed a bit confused, slow, and a bit lost. But for a handful of money each, you can eat and drink, and that's rare these days. I'll go back, but maybe on a quieter day.
