I went to this place for dinner and had a great experience: it's welcoming, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I tried the pan pizza, which was very good, both for the quality of the dough and the ingredients. I'm curious to try the first courses, which looked inviting; I'll be back.

I highly recommend honest prices and then having the quality to put spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino on the menu is truly an act of courage since it must be done well ... as it is in the end with top and tasty arrosticini I will definitely return if I am in the area

Quiet and clean place in the city center, friendly staff. Variety of pizzas, first courses, and second courses. I recommend the cereal soup and Nutella focaccia.

Discovered too late...! As a celiac, I always look for places where I can eat well and safely, but I noticed this place during the last few days of my stay in L'Aquila. Good food with various gluten-free options including salads, sausage and potatoes, etc. The staff are kind and helpful, and the owner is very friendly and professional. Very nice location, just a few meters from L'Aquila's cathedral. I recommend it! 😊

09/02/2026: Pity we only discovered this restaurant on our last night at l'Aquila. We shared a lovely starter, then had the most exquisite pizza and pinsa ever! A gem of a restaurant offering an extensive menu, not just pizza. Other dishes seemed delicious too! And all at very affordable prices. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Complimenti Nonna Cristina!!
25/01/2026: We entered a little pre-emptively, but we left very satisfied. The wait times were proportionate to the freshness of the dishes. We tried three different starters, each better than the last. But a top score definitely goes to the pecorino carpaccio, which I ordered as a main course, but could easily have been a standalone dish due to the generous portion. Kudos to the entire staff.

20/03/2026: Really lovely restaurant! The owners were so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, highlights were the freshly made warm bread, fettuccine porcini, arrosto misto (with delicious arrosticini!), verdure contorni which was fresh chicory, and finishing off with homemade tiramisu. Having no formal menu was a fun experience and special way to connect with the owner! For those driving, their onsite parking lot made it stress-free to visit, too. Delicious food and amazing hospitality makes this a must-visit every time in the region!
