I highly recommend honest prices and then having the quality to put spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino on the menu is truly an act of courage since it must be done well ... as it is in the end with top and tasty arrosticini I will definitely return if I am in the area

Discovered too late...! As a celiac, I always look for places where I can eat well and safely, but I noticed this place during the last few days of my stay in L'Aquila. Good food with various gluten-free options including salads, sausage and potatoes, etc. The staff are kind and helpful, and the owner is very friendly and professional. Very nice location, just a few meters from L'Aquila's cathedral. I recommend it! 😊

I'm writing this review before leaving the place. Why? I'm sure I'll end up wanting to come back. Upon entering, the friendly and courteous service, then the VERY good pizza, the dough isn't second-rate... I highly recommend this place. And by the way, the music!! Excellent!!! They don't play reggaeton 👏🏽

New, clean place. Popular with young people and university students. Excellent pizzas and first courses. We were there on a Sunday. We had a cold cuts platter for two, two Norcina-style first courses, very generous, and the first was especially excellent. Two glasses of wine, water, and coffee, all for €45.

Chalet delle Rose

07/11/2025: A small but tasty restaurant, the ragù tastes like grandma's. The meat is good and well-cooked. Carmine and the rest of the team are extremely attentive, quick, and convenient—a rarity in these mountain villages. I always love coming back. There's a convenient outdoor area for those with children or who want to enjoy lunch in the sun.
02/11/2025: Excellent service, a really cute place, plenty of space for kids, and it feels very much like a real cabin. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food was delicious; we had bruschetta with salsa for an appetizer and a potato rosti, followed by tagliatelle with game for the main course (depending on the day). If you get the chance, the wild boar is exceptional. I highly recommend it.
