We ate very well and abundantly, the staff were courteous and friendly, the only thing that unfortunately doesn't depend on them is that if you eat outside there are a lot of flies flying around

August 5, 2025: Returning from the hike to Monte Priora, descending the Fargno toward Fiastra, you can find this fantastic restaurant where you can eat well and spend very little... The young and friendly owner welcomed us cheerfully, even though we were a little behind schedule due to the nearly impassable Fargno road, which caused us to waste a lot of time. Tagliatelle with venison sauce, wild boar in white wine, meatballs with red sauce, all truly delicious... and we hope that the administrations and other institutions restore dignity to historic structures and businesses like this one run by the Polverini brothers and all those in the crater. Thank you, and see you next time.

We happened to drive by. The pasta was homemade, as were the desserts. Simply delicious Italian food!

Great stuff! Tripe worthy of Roman tradition Amazing livers. The wild boar is excellent, says Betta (she ate it and didn't let us taste it)

TOP!!! Recommended for those who prefer to eat well (very well) rather than have "experiences": a relaxing, cheerful, homely and informal environment typical of country trattorias in a beautiful place to visit. Go to Fiastra and stop for lunch or dinner: you will return home regenerated.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at F.lli Polverini after an excursion to Lame Rosse. Excellent food, owners and staff helpful and kind. If you find yourself in the Fiastra area I highly recommend you stop and eat at their place.

14/07/2025: This place faces the sea, and is worth a stop for that alone. We've eaten there a couple of times, and the first time was much better. The staff is friendly, helpful, and offers good advice. I recommend the ravioli, the best dish we've had in the two lunches we've had here.
09/07/2025: Gnocchi, octopus, and ragusa pasta. AMAZING! !!! Really nice location, terrace overlooking the sea, very kind staff. Today the sea is stormy, but hearing the sound of the sea is beautiful, with a jazz background... everything was perfect.

29/08/2025: I've stayed at this villa several times, using only the restaurant area as it caters for weddings. I don't know the rooms, so I can't comment. It's a villa that lends itself very well to weddings, from the civil ceremony to the banquet in the hall with a huge window overlooking the entire ballroom, to the party with music and dancing, even poolside.
22/08/2025: We'd already been here in 2023, and found courtesy, impeccable service, and precious relaxation. Superlative massages and an elegant spa, nestled in an oasis of peace, among the Marche hills. Highly recommended.
