Great stuff! Tripe worthy of Roman tradition Amazing livers. The wild boar is excellent, says Betta (she ate it and didn't let us taste it)

nice experience, very good food especially the wild boar🙃. very good service, friendly and hospitable staff which is no small thing. to go back!!! a big plus for the GLUTEN FREE PASTA!!!! GREAT.

TOP!!! Recommended for those who prefer to eat well (very well) rather than have "experiences": a relaxing, cheerful, homely and informal environment typical of country trattorias in a beautiful place to visit. Go to Fiastra and stop for lunch or dinner: you will return home regenerated.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at F.lli Polverini after an excursion to Lame Rosse. Excellent food, owners and staff helpful and kind. If you find yourself in the Fiastra area I highly recommend you stop and eat at their place.

28/05/2025: Clean and welcoming place, quality and abundant food, the only small flaw is the area reserved for the food service and the cash register, a bit chaotic, at rush hour a bit difficult to take the food or pay. Apart from this positive experience and definitely to be repeated soon. CONGRATULATIONS

19/07/2025: We chose this small restaurant based on the reviews, which were all pretty much positive. I have to say we were right; the dishes were few but truly well-prepared. The family-run restaurant is friendly and courteous. The prices were average and the food was top-notch.
17/07/2025: Highly recommended for both the high-quality food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, all surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
