Perfect pizza with plenty of toppings, thin crust, and no thick edges. Friendly service, about a 20-minute wait. Complimentary limoncello. All good, simple atmosphere, but the price is right... would gladly come again.

Overall, we were satisfied with the food; it was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the tuna pizza left us all with a slight tingling sensation in our mouths and a minor irritation. When we brought it up, the manager, unfortunately, didn't really take our criticism seriously. This somewhat tarnishes our overall impression, and we're not sure if we'll be back.

Due to an unavoidable traffic jam on the SS38 state road, we interrupted our journey and spontaneously stopped for lunch at the pizzeria. Naturally, other travelers had the same idea. As a result, the restaurant became crowded. No one was turned away, and the guests present were politely asked to sit together. Despite the unexpectedly heavy workload, the service was friendly and very quick. The food was delicious and apparently homemade on-site. Highly recommended for a quick stop along the way!

Mitten im charmanten Rabland in Südtirol liegt das Ristorante Pizzeria Ennemoser, ein bodenständiges Lokal mit Herz, das gutbürgerliche Küche mit südtiroler Bodenhaftung vereint. Bei unserem Besuch erwartete uns eine authentische Atmosphäre – ganz so, wie man es sich in dieser Region wünscht. Das Essen: Wir entschieden uns für zwei Klassiker, die sinnbildlich für die Küche des Hauses stehen. Die Tagesempfehlung: ein halbes Brathähnchen mit Wedges und Salat, sowie eine Pizza Capricciosa. Das Brathähnchen war saftig, auf den Punkt gegart und außen wunderbar knusprig. Die Würzung war ausgewogen und rundete den vollen, herzhaften Geschmack perfekt ab. Dazu gab es würzige Kartoffelwedges und eine kleine, knackige Beilage aus frischem Salat mit Bohnen, Tomaten und Croutons – schlicht, aber frisch und stimmig. Die Pizza Capricciosa überzeugte mit einem luftigen, gut gebackenen Teig und einer kräftigen Tomatensauce. Der Belag aus Schinken, Artischocken und frischen Champignons war großzügig portioniert und harmonisch abgeschmeckt. Die leicht gebräunten Ränder verliehen der Pizza den typischen Charakter – rustikal und ehrlich. Fazit: Das Ristorante Pizzeria Ennemoser ist ein Ort für Genießer der traditionellen Küche – ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit viel Liebe zum Handwerk. Wer Wert auf ehrliche, geschmackvolle Gerichte legt und eine gemütliche Einkehr in Südtirol sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ob Pizza oder klassische Fleischgerichte – man schmeckt die Qualität und den regionalen Anspruch. Empfehlung: Unbedingt das Brathähnchen probieren – selten so gut zubereitet gegessen!
