It's a shame the atmosphere isn't exactly to my taste. The food is good, but average. The service... isn't exceptional.

Perfect for lunch! Excellent quality ingredients, the fried gnocco was soft and not at all greasy, the cured meats excellent. The two first courses were both delicious and the portions generous. The staff was very kind. I recommend expanding the dessert selection with some homemade cakes because I'm sure they have some great family recipes ;)

Found by chance during a stop in Sabbioneta. A double helping of tortelli, fried gnocco with cured meats. I reluctantly passed up the gnocco with gorgonzola (the cheese portion looked like an A4 sheet of paper)... I unfortunately didn't have a single spot left. All accompanied by a phenomenal soundtrack. It couldn't have been otherwise, given the Telecaster autographed by none other than Keith Richards. Definitely worth a try!

Next to the Galleria degli Antichi, in Sabbioneta's large parade ground, is the Ducale bar, a restaurant and pizzeria. The selection of quality ingredients is excellent, and the restaurant, in addition to its pizzeria, offers traditional local and Mantova specialties with a tourist-oriented twist. Service is prompt and professional. The atmosphere is spacious and welcoming. The spacious interior rooms are traditionally furnished, and the large, pleasant summer terrace is located between the building and the large colonnade below the Galleria degli Antichi. Plenty of parking is available in the adjacent parade ground.

10/03/2026: I just ate your Quattro formaggi salamino pizza which arrived on time at the scheduled time and I must say I didn't expect it to be so good I ate it with such voracity that I almost don't recognize myself... what more can I say I highly recommend them to you congratulations and good work!!!
