Cozy restaurant with very friendly service. The house specialties, such as fried gnocco and tortelli, are truly excellent. Relaxed and pleasant environment, ideal for a lunch with friends.

A dive between the 70s and 80s: the ducal bar seems to have stopped at that time. Red walls, furniture from grandma's house, great courtesy and kindness of the dining room staff. Then the dishes arrive and they are to die for: very well prepared, dry, not greasy fried dumpling, served with very high quality cured meats (try the filun) or gorgonzola. Traditional first and second courses (I took the bacon, Anna the Mantovani tortelli) with gargantuan portions. You leave happy and full, the bill is decidedly light compared to how much you ate!

We had lunch with 2 portions of fried gnocco, one with mixed cured meats and one with coppa, pumpkin tortelli, tripe, Lambrusco coffee and amaro. It was a pleasant discovery, excellent dishes, honorable mention for fried gnocco and tripe, sublime. Compliments to the staff

Older atmosphere and furnishings, but excellent food and service. The fried gnocco is superb and so are the first courses. We didn't take the second courses but looking at the nearby tables they were inspiring

Siamo stati a pranzare con gli amici della Compagnia teatrale Teatroprova per festeggiare 35 anni di attività. Devo dire che siamo stati bene, serviti con comprensione e gentilezza (nonostante gli inevitabili inconvenienti che un gruppo di 50 persone porta!). Cibo di buona qualità e luogo piacevole. Grazie.

Good and kind, good quality food. We were in a large group for lunch, but I must say that they served and "looked after" us very well. Really good!

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale, e devo dire, che abbiamo trovato, una eccellente cucina, e un ottimo servizio aggiunto.
Ottimi i salumi, il gnocco fritto, i tortelli mantovani, il brasato con polenta , il lambrusco mantovano ottimo, ed infine la sbrisolona molto friabile e gustosa!!
