Ristorante Pizzeria Dafne In Mondragone

Two colleagues and I dined here, enjoying delicious seafood (sautéed clams, mixed fried fish, fried anchovies, battered cod, mussels and beans, and spaghetti with clams—the dish is called the Blue Flag and is for two). We drank reasonably well (Falanghina, limoncello, and meloncello). A wider wine selection would be great. The kindness of the dining room staff is noteworthy. Franco, the owner, is very attentive, as are the servers, Anna in particular, who is extremely kind and gracious. Without being intrusive, they ask if everything is going well. We appreciated the gesture. It's not a luxury restaurant, but it has a convenient parking lot next door, so you don't have to leave your car on the Domiziana. The price is very reasonable. With a platter of six different courses and a generous portion of pasta, wine, coffee, and a digestif, it's around €40-45 per person. There's a large indoor dining room and an outdoor area overlooking the sea. Update: We returned to Dafne for both lunch and dinner, and I can't help but say that we still had a great time. The pizza has improved significantly, both in terms of cooking and ingredients; perhaps it was just a blip along the way.

Yesterday evening I ordered two takeaway pizzas at the restaurant pizzeria Villa Dafne. The service was exceptional. I was notified by phone at the time that they had put them in the oven so when I picked them up they were still piping hot. I didn't know this place and it surprised me favorably. The staff were very kind, the atmosphere was sober but comfortable with direct access to the beach. Oh, the pizzas were excellent. I recommend everyone to have this experience and to stop with their family at Villa Dafne

We were at lunch today, everything was delicious, seafood lunch. Spaghetti with clams, TOP and abundant. Cuoppo di fritto gigantic and delicious, so much so that we didn't finish it.. abundant portions and quality of products.. very kind and helpful staff.. highly recommended!

April 25th, 10 of us (cyclists) stopped for a quick bite to eat. They were very attentive to our needs, they let us park our bikes in the internal garden and sat us at a table. Very good margherita pizza, top buffalo mozzarella. Thank you for your welcome and availability
