Excellent taste experience. Impeccable service. Comfortable but improvable environment. Obviously the mood with which to approach a dinner in a starred restaurant is completely different from what you are used to. Here you live for two hours immersed in a world where you are served, revered and pampered. The intent is not to feed you, but to make you experience gustatory emotions to which you absolutely must be adopted. The only negative note was that, not having the intention of drinking too much alcohol, I requested a glass of wine, to which, as an alternative, I was offered a half-litre bottle of a white wine with a harmonious but not complex bouquet. Unfortunately, when I presented the bill, I discovered that I had paid more for it than several prestigious bottles that I had found on the vast wine list. Cost of dinner, in line with the category.

Starred in the mouth area of ​​Genoa, from the outside the location is not befitting of a restaurant of this level but inside the environment is refined and cared for down to the smallest detail. The service is impeccable, worthy of a Michelin star. We tried the tasting surprise menu (7 courses) and every dish was excellent, as was the side dish (entrée, dessert, hand-stretched breadsticks, wine, etc). Recommended for those who want to try high-level cuisine, simple but with top quality raw materials!

The top of the new cuisine, unfortunately I only took photos of this dish because I was greedy. A dear friend gifted us with these delicacies, a complete menu; amazing! Everything is very special and superlative, the young chefs are good and the staff is always attentive.

I arrived in this restaurant by chance, or rather I was oriented towards another safe place in Genoa, Zefferino, but evidently fate loved me. I can safely say and without offending anyone that the Sangiorgio restaurant is the best restaurant in Genoa and among the 5 best I have ever been to. Refined cuisine without ever exceeding. Excellent service. Staff always smiling and very kind and never invasive. We took advice and took a dish off the menu, Catalan lobster and it was an excellent choice. Always on their advice we also tasted their Perle al pesto, really delicious. For dessert we had a delicious chocolate soufflé. As a final, very welcome surprise, they brought us two small hot donuts with other delicacies attached. I forgot how much wine we started with an aperitif, a high quality extra brut sparkling wine, surprising even if I prefer Franciacorta. Instead we opted for the whole dinner, the Cabochon nature of Monte rossa, amazing as always. Account in line with expectations. On special occasions I always look for experiences that excite me and that's what happened. Highly recommended, it's not for everyone but that's right, perfection costs money. I will definitely return.

Wine list with a wide choice, with two cards: one for the bubbles and one for the other wines (we chose a bubble). Professional, friendly and not too formal service. Tradition and innovation expertly mixed by the young and capable chef. I will definitely come back to taste the pigeon and the tournedos…

It is the second time that I have had the pleasure of treating myself to a New Year's Eve dinner at the San Giorgio Restaurant, this time too it was truly above all expectations. The menu was very interesting, rich and varied, each dish was of exceptional quality, with truly perfect flavor combinations, you couldn't ask for anything better. The place is very elegant and welcoming, of great class, the service is always impeccable and characterized by the utmost kindness and friendliness. The wine list is also noteworthy, with very important bottles. Bottom line, everything was absolutely perfect.

Thank you for the memorable and beautiful experience. The attention to detail in the service was beyond incredible and the menu was something out of this world. It is a genuine challenge to put into words how much of a special and delicious experience dining with you was.
