Fantastic and high-quality dinner! Cozy but elegant atmosphere. Super friendly and trained staff who welcome you from start to finish with dedication, attention and preparation. Located in a quiet avenue in Genoa, an elegant restaurant where you can eat well and refresh your senses also thanks to a strong attention to the oenological part (Krug G.C. also by the glass); attentive service and lots of smiles upon leaving. (Too bad Maps blocks loading more photos)

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding, the staff was wonderful. The service and cuisine are impeccable, we leave the meal amazed. We had the chance to meet the chef who took kind care of our wedding. We can only recommend this exceptional restaurant. See you soon perhaps....

Two evenings ago I happened to have dinner with my daughter... we had a magnificent experience, with an accurate, very present but discreet service, made up of beautiful smiling girls, together with very high quality food, well presented and explained in detail! Compliments to the chef, who came to introduce himself in person, making sure that we appreciated his work, and to the owner, who was also always present, but absolutely not intrusive. I repeat, excellent experience to be repeated as soon as possible! :-)

Highly trained staff, impeccable wine tasting and a “surprise” menu, as described by the title, decidedly surprising. The sommelier stopped to tell us and tell us stories not only about the wines, her presence in the room was greatly appreciated. Definitely coming back.

La locanda in centro

15/08/2024: I passed by here almost by chance, for lunch with my wife. We immediately found an excellent welcome, a very beautiful and perfect location for the type of venue. The food was nothing short of excellent. We had an appetizer based on cured meats, really fresh and delicious, with spectacular truffle mortadella. Then a pasta with roe deer sauce that is truly fresh and of excellent quality, both the pasta and the sauce. Finally, I had a steak and my wife had a salmon fillet, both phenomenal. I would absolutely go back there more than willingly. Highly recommended!
02/08/2024: Those who love meat and wine are in the right place. The place is small but conveys the joy of a banquet. The raw materials are of excellent quality and, based on the choice of cuts and the various types, justify the prices. Wide range of wines, including very fine ones. Friendly and casual service.

09/08/2024: Beautiful place, super quiet, the food is excellent, the prices are honest and the waiters (we dealt with Manuel) were really kind, competent and fast. Super super super recommended!!!
19/07/2024: We ordered the burrata for starter and for mains the farfalle with gorgonzolla, pear and almond and the monterosso squid and everything was delicious, especially the pasta and the starter, although we recommend not ordering the potatoes with the squid because they are not included and they add €5 which is very expendable. 100% recommended
