The restaurant is far from the tourist chaos, which certainly affects the quality of the dishes, the guests are basically only local residents, and this is always the best recommendation. A short menu, thanks to which everything is refined down to the smallest detail. The food was absolutely exceptional and excellent. Pistachio semifredo is brilliant.

Many people had told me about this restaurant... Upon entering I noticed an 80's atmosphere... A large room. The food is decent... I expected much more. I tried the chicken skewer with sauces. My friends tried the pizza 🍕 which wasn't how we like it. It was very heavy. The service is good. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Also to find parking is impossible. You need to park very far from the restaurant.

Large room, equipped if necessary for ceremonies or important lunches. Generous dishes in both taste and variety. The owner Gianni and his staff are always ready to give the best advice. First courses, both traditional and innovative, exceptional meat (I recommend the Argentinian Angus steak, it melts in your mouth) etc. Highly recommended, and Polverigi is a stone's throw from Ancona south, it's worth the walk.

07/08/2024: I had dinner twice at Cibarya. The ingrediants were fresh and the food was tasty. Portions were very generous. Staff was super nice and the wine they recommended was excellent. Very good value for money.

24/07/2024: Excellent pan fry. Must be ordered in advance as it is not included in the menu. Approximate service because there are many guys who are perhaps seasonal at their first experience
21/07/2024: The place is very nice, the service friendly and helpful, as far as the fish offered is concerned, I have eaten better, considering the prices.
