Characteristic atmosphere, with friendly and quick service staff. Few courses, but in the quality of the Tuscan tradition.

I ate at this place last night. Old-style Tuscan inn, attentive, fast and kind staff, but the real masterpiece comes from the kitchen and the enormous barbecue in plain sight at the entrance to the restaurant. I took (for 2 people) a complete and truly abundant starter, a homemade pappardella with white wild boar ragù and olives, really excellent, two Robespierre cuts, with hot local oil, flavored with peppercorns and rosemary, all accompanied by an excellent, truly exceptional house wine, a delight for the palate. Finally, the homemade tiramisu, and here I have to open a parenthesis, (usually when I eat well outside the home, I never have dessert, because if it isn't good, it remains the last memory of a dinner, risking ruining the whole evening), but this time everything was so perfect, I also wanted to try the dessert. Very good, a tiramisu of the past, without too much fuss. Good, genuine garnished only with a drizzle of chocolate and icing sugar. Nice evening I will definitely be back!
