17/05/2025: Ci siamo recati il 17 maggio, in questo ristorante. Piatti abbondanti e squisiti, qualità super, gricia e amatriciana superlative tanta cortesia del personale e garbo da parte del titolare Daniele. Prezzo onesto, da tornarci sicuramente.
10/02/2025: Ogni volta che torno a mangiare al Ma-Trù mi sembra migliore. Lo chef Daniele prepara al meglio i piatti della tradizione locale, si percepisce la grande passione oltre alla qualità dei prodotti locali. Assaggiate la Gricia con il guanciale croccante al punto giusto, è probabilmente la migliore di tutta la zona ma anche le altre pietanze sono preparate con cura. Ottimi i vini da abbinare, oltre a una birra del posto davvero speciale. I prezzi sono davvero convenienti, specie per chi viene da Roma!
