Great and welcoming place, great Lorenzo

A place recommended by locals, part pizzeria, part restaurant, part rotisserie and part bar... we were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner and with a smile (something that is less and less present). We ordered some platters and pickles and at first sight we could understand their authenticity, in fact they were of rare goodness. The sweet and sour onion is truly exquisite... the rustic style restaurant with several rooms with walls typical of taverns, characteristic and clean. Finally, the price is truly honest. Advised

We had the pleasure of having lunch in this typical Calabrian restaurant, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The welcoming atmosphere and traditional-style furnishings made us feel immediately immersed in the culture of the place. The dishes offered express the true flavors of Calabria, with extremely fresh and excellent quality ingredients. Special thanks go to the waiter Lorenzo, who with his professionalism and helpfulness made lunch even more pleasant. Always attentive and smiling, he recommended the specials of the day and accompanied us in choosing the dishes, suggesting perfect combinations. His knowledge of the menu and wines allowed us to fully appreciate each course. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Calabrian experience: each dish is a journey into traditional flavors, and Lorenzo's impeccable service makes everything even more special.

We found ourselves for a weekend in this wonderful little village made up of many beautiful, kind and welcoming people... and given that it was lunch time we found ourselves in this welcoming and beautiful place. The welcome was truly very warm to the point that we felt at home.. we tasted the schnitzel with chips, their appetizers with local products and boscaiola, finally the dessert, a crumble with house bitters.. all truly exceptional.. an excellent experience.. the place, the service, the place, the food all exceptional 💯

We had lunch in this very characteristic restaurant with typical dishes such as platters of cured meats produced by them, cheeses and fresh homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms. All very good, the restaurant is family run, the boy who served us was fantastic but in general everyone was very friendly, we will definitely return if there is the opportunity.

A more remote and lovely place is hard to find.

Ristorante curato e pulito gestito da una famiglia cordiale, disponibile e simpaticissima che mette tanta passione in quello che fa. Servizio eccellente. Prodotti genuini, locali e freschi, cosa non da poco! Pietanze una più buona dell’altra dall’antipasto (vario e squisito) ai dolci. Un punto di riferimento per chi è di Mormanno o per chi di passaggio. Tornerò sicuramente. A presto e grazie Lucio, Maria e Lorenzo.
