Really rustic place full of interesting dishes to try. Typical Abruzzo cuisine on the roadside. Excellent cheese and egg pallotte... epic kebabs! Stop and eat there, you won't regret it!

Chosen at random, it turned out to be an excellent restaurant...super food....clean environment....very kind....and thanks to the good photographer whose name we forgot to ask....she was still one of the staff ....

We went to this restaurant recommended by the owner of the house where we stayed. SUPER RECOMMENDED!! The true typical restaurant where you can eat excellent traditional and sincere cuisine. Like eating at home with a friend who prepares his signature dishes for you. Pallotte and bruschetta with really delicious sausage, not to mention the kebabs: in the classic version, handmade, "wrong" with onion and chilli pepper, with liver. In short, a triumph of tradition and taste!!
The owners and the guys are really cute and super kind!! At Bolognesi it's a real pleasure to eat so well!!!

Simple but very good recipes. The handmade gnocchi with meat sauce were excellent, really appreciated. Equally good are your kebabs in all versions: handmade, spicy and liver. I will definitely return when I'm passing through Abruzzo.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at the Marlon restaurant, on the recommendation of a villager, and we recommend it to those who, like us, come from outside and want to eat excellent local food. The place is very welcoming and the family that runs it is kind and hospitable. We were particularly surprised by the taste of the meat in the kebabs and the homemade dessert. Surely if we find ourselves in the place we will gladly return. Thanks again to the owners, greetings from Caserta!
