I've been to the Castello and was very satisfied with both the dishes and the overall service. The pasta dishes were very well-structured, while the shellfish were tender and equally flavorful. I really appreciated the expert wine service and the friendly service manager. By profession, I sense a passion for serving guests, and I certainly sensed it here! Highly recommended for a pleasant evening with family or friends. Thanks to Paola and all the staff for the dinner and their hospitality. -Davide

03/10/2025: In the cheerful heart of a hidden village, the gently lit tavern opens, where the aroma of risotto of smoked speck and fine blueberries wafts. A feast is laid out on the table: ancient cured meats, delicate cheeses, local wines by the glass, that taste of sun and fertile hills. The innkeeper smiles, with a sincere voice, brings warmth more than a hearth, makes the table the truest banner. And those who approach, tired from lunch, find refreshment, joy, and spring: here bread and friendship never cease to love.
02/10/2025: Maybe we got the wrong one. The food was creative, but very salty, difficult to eat. The place has a great atmosphere, a beautiful location in a very pleasant town. Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcome; maybe the owner was having a bad day. It was a disappointing experience for us; after reading the reviews, we expected something different.

16/10/2025: An incredible variety of risotto types, exceptional, we chose 3 but to taste them all we would have to come back more than 30 times
02/08/2025: What can I say? There's nothing better than spending an intimate evening or with friends enjoying excellent risottos. All are freshly prepared, and even if you have to wait a few minutes, the wait is easily spent enjoying a nice glass of Darietto. A refined atmosphere and impeccable service complete the picture. Seven stars ⭐️
