Ristorante Pizzeria Castello In Paderno franciacorta

Al termine di una visita alla cantina Cà del Bosco, ad orario di pranzo già inoltrato (13,45) abbiamo, su consiglio di un signore del posto, trovato posto in questo ristorante molto carino in piazza a Paderno Franciacorta. Abbiamo assaggiato il menu di lavoro e devo dire che, oltre al prezzo convenientisismo, ci ha stupito la qualità e la semplicità del menu. Abbiamo assaggiato il risotto con gorgonzola e spinaci e i fusilli con tonno e olive, per poi optare per due contorni molto freschi e saporiti. Ottima la possibilità di scegliere di fare anche un menu ristretto (solo primo e contorno).

Very welcoming host and staff, pleasant, local vibe. Good prices, good food. Large menu - we tried the risotto, the pasta and the pizzas. All were very tasty. I also recommend the house prosecco, which was a very nice surprise. Free parking available outside.

A short holiday in Paderno to visit Franciacorta in the many directions that the cycle routes offer. Already from the first evening, we had a good time due to the friendliness and availability of a truly excellent family business. We then went again, changing the menu from the truly super pizza to the restaurant. The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory. Excellent table service. We were well advised and so we recommend anyone who intends to stay in this beautiful and truly special area.
