Perhaps the best arrosticini I've ever eaten in the world. The highest quality. If it's available, try the Cuban, a sweet cigar-shaped dish that's sprinkled with rum on the spot and served in a dish shaped like an ashtray. An experience.

Excellent quality (we tried the Piedmontese Fassona carpaccio and two Spanish beef steaks), followed by arrosticini and tagliata with various sides, such as baked potatoes and broccoli rabe, with their recommended Montepulciano wine. Fast service and friendly staff. The price is reasonable for the quality.

Without a doubt, the quality of the meat and the presentation of the dishes are excellent, along with efficient service and a refined atmosphere.
The prices are undoubtedly higher than the average for a grill restaurant. It's certainly not an everyday spot, but it's still money well invested.

If you want to eat truly good meat, then you have to go to Caruso. I believe it's the best meat restaurant between Pescara and Chieti. The service is impeccable, as is everything else. There's a wide selection, and in addition to meat, offered both in classic versions and with original combinations and variations, the focaccia, first courses, and desserts are also very good.
