Nice place, good food, especially meat. It's a shame the prices are a bit high and the lack of transparency regarding the cut of meat.

April 19, 2025. We just returned from dinner at "Caruso" and I must say that the quality of all the meat courses is excellent. The only flaw, the service. Not because it lacked attention, but a little "smart". After dinner, the waiter came to the table asking if we would like a bitter or a spirit, so I allowed myself to ask for a specific brandy that unfortunately they do not have, so we preferred to give up. After 10 minutes, the same waiter came to the table with the liquor trolley saying that he would offer and let us taste a rum and a particular bitter. With a little embarrassment, given our previous decision, we accepted, only to find in the bill what was presented to us as offered. Without batting an eyelid I paid the bill, only to find a "NON FISCAL" receipt! As per the attached photo.

I have been going to Caruso for a long time and have been there several times: each time it is a pleasant experience and confirms the quality to which I have become accustomed. From the outside it may seem like a "normal" place, but once you enter you immediately perceive the attention to detail: a well-kept environment, elegant but not excessive, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The strong point, however, remains the meat: selected cuts, perfect cooking and excellent raw materials. If you want to eat real meat, done properly, this is the right place. The service is also always up to par: professional, attentive but never intrusive. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, tranquility and impeccable service.

Very good food, I recommend a mix of raw foods. Wide choice of meats, nice open grill. Very nice decor. Good wine list.

Grazie al carissimo cugino, quando veniamo a Chieti, qui è tappa fissa. Non delude mai. Ottima qualità e porzioni molto abbondanti. Unico problema è alzarsi da tavola con un kg in più. Torneremo

Siamo venuti a mangiare io ed la mia ragazza , che siamo amanti della carne , dopo che degli amici c'è lo avevano consigliato . Siamo entrati nel locale e dobbiamo dire che l atmosfera è davvero piacevole, il locale presenta uno stile moderno ed correlato ad una steakhouse . Abbiamo dato un occhio al menu prima di venire ma il personale si è mostrato molto cortese a dargli delle delucidazioni anche perché è molto vario . Abbiamo preso degli antipasti di carne cruda molto articolati ed scenografici di una freschezza unica !!! Si notava dal colorito rosa della carne Per secondo il maitre ci ha consigliato una Simmenthal un tipo di carne non molto grassa , ho ancora il sapore di quella carne che mi esplodeva in bocca ! Prezzo equo visto la qualità ....che dire ?! Se avremo bisogno di un experience sapremo dove andare .
