Welcoming atmosphere and staff attentive to customer needs. Excellent meat, with a wide selection of premium cuts. The pizza is also up to par. Highly recommended.

April 19, 2025. We just returned from dinner at "Caruso" and I must say that the quality of all the meat courses is excellent. The only flaw, the service. Not because it lacked attention, but a little "smart". After dinner, the waiter came to the table asking if we would like a bitter or a spirit, so I allowed myself to ask for a specific brandy that unfortunately they do not have, so we preferred to give up. After 10 minutes, the same waiter came to the table with the liquor trolley saying that he would offer and let us taste a rum and a particular bitter. With a little embarrassment, given our previous decision, we accepted, only to find in the bill what was presented to us as offered. Without batting an eyelid I paid the bill, only to find a "NON FISCAL" receipt! As per the attached photo.

I have been going to Caruso for a long time and have been there several times: each time it is a pleasant experience and confirms the quality to which I have become accustomed. From the outside it may seem like a "normal" place, but once you enter you immediately perceive the attention to detail: a well-kept environment, elegant but not excessive, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The strong point, however, remains the meat: selected cuts, perfect cooking and excellent raw materials. If you want to eat real meat, done properly, this is the right place. The service is also always up to par: professional, attentive but never intrusive. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, tranquility and impeccable service.

Very good food, I recommend a mix of raw foods. Wide choice of meats, nice open grill. Very nice decor. Good wine list.

I'll start with the food, the unpresentable, flavorless kebabs, I'm sure it's not their strong point, but if you have to serve a product that doesn't live up to the image you want to convey... Better to eliminate them from the menu. For the pizza I would say it's acceptable... Nothing exceptional but pleasant. The service was certainly very professional and in line with the image of the restaurant. Refined environment, background music, beautiful refrigerated display cases with meat on display, an overall pleasant experience. The prices were a little high compared to the quality of what we ate

Siamo venuti a mangiare io ed la mia ragazza , che siamo amanti della carne , dopo che degli amici c'è lo avevano consigliato . Siamo entrati nel locale e dobbiamo dire che l atmosfera è davvero piacevole, il locale presenta uno stile moderno ed correlato ad una steakhouse . Abbiamo dato un occhio al menu prima di venire ma il personale si è mostrato molto cortese a dargli delle delucidazioni anche perché è molto vario . Abbiamo preso degli antipasti di carne cruda molto articolati ed scenografici di una freschezza unica !!! Si notava dal colorito rosa della carne Per secondo il maitre ci ha consigliato una Simmenthal un tipo di carne non molto grassa , ho ancora il sapore di quella carne che mi esplodeva in bocca ! Prezzo equo visto la qualità ....che dire ?! Se avremo bisogno di un experience sapremo dove andare .

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: a fronte di un conto medio-alto, devo segnalare alcuni dettagli che hanno fatto rimanere un po’ con l’amaro in bocca. Una volta seduti, nessuno ti avvisa che il menù è disponibile solo online, lo abbiamo dedotto osservando gli altri clienti. Non era disponile un qr code, quindi abbiamo dovuto spulciare sui social per capire a quale riferirsi. La carne, chiesta in cottura media, risultava secca. Inoltre, abbiamo pagato il corrispettivo di circa 1,200 kg di carne, ma con il dubbio che la quantità servita fosse effettivamente in quella quantità. Chiaramente questa rimane solo una nostra supposizione, ma sarebbe onesto (considerando la fascia di mercato in cui ci si vuole collocare), dimostrare al cliente il peso di ciò che viene portato al tavolo. La cosa più spiacevole è stata, però, pagare un coperto da 3€ e ritrovarsi senza tovaglia e, in compenso, con la cameriera che ripuliva, con lo stesso strofinaccio palesemente sporco e una passata veloce di spray, sia i tavoli che si liberavano, sia i poggia posate (non sostituiti). Non proprio apprezzabile come scena a cui assistere mentre si cena, soprattutto se si arriva in un locale che vuole comunicare un determinato tipo di immagine. Sicuramente la location è molto bella, l’offerta è varia (interessante quella dei vini); anche le pizze che uscivano verso i tavoli avevano un ottimo aspetto.
