There are three reasons to come and eat in this restaurant: the first is that you eat really well, few but simple dishes, artfully made and plentiful; the second is linked to the friendliness and friendliness of the owners; the third is the quality/price ratio...absolutely convenient. The only downside... it's a little far from Palermo, otherwise we'd go at least once a week.

18/08/2024: We had room 110 and really appreciated the size and cleanliness. Beautiful outdoor setting with a large tree-lined swimming pool, quiet with a view of the lake and numerous deckchairs. Very friendly and attentive staff: a favorite for Giuseppina at breakfast, Antonella at the restaurant service and the very cordial hotel owner. Address to remember to visit the magnificent Villa Romana del Casale.
