Was there today on opening day💪Super cozy atmosphere with Italian and South Tyrolean cuisine. The ambiance is very modern and stylishly decorated. All in all, a very successful start👏Host Rosario's 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry will benefit guests here in beautiful Selva.🫂💪

Questo ristorante offre alcune curiosità come lo strudel esploso e stranezze come le carni australiane o la tomahawk irlandese secondo me non adatte .Risulta peró un troppo caro rispetto al mercato e ad altri locali simili anche di lusso

Not very nice staff, and the food was outrageously priced for how mediocre it is. Duck medallion was relatively tough, and the taste was not great. Veal had very weak taste. Ribeye was unseasoned and although ordered medium, it came blue rare (extremely rare). Ribeye also was a very rough cut of meat, leaving about a quarter of it inedible. Wild boar was pretty good, although still undercooked and underseasoned. Truffle risotto was very good.

Great place. The waiters did tremendous job (made us laugh, was very quick and responsive, all orders were prepared ideally). Food was, however, a disappointment. Filet mignon was tough, difficult to cut, and tasteless. Rib eyes were better but also didn’t justify the price. La Tambra has much better food at lower prices and is just 500m away.

Abbiamo scelto questo locale senza pensarci troppo e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Al netto della location, intima e curata, i piatti proposti sono stati tutti di nostro gradimento, anche grazie all'accostamento di sapori intelligente, locale, ma comunque delicato. Benissimo anche il tiramisù finale, preparato espresso. Una menzione particolare al maitre, sapiente e cordiale. Consigliastissimo!

23/06/2025: To relax, feel pampered, enjoy excellent food, professional but friendly service - choose Hotel Armin! The rooms are clean and spacious, renovated and comfortable. The location is excellent and very central in Selva, all the routes are easily accessible. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, as well as very helpful. The cuisine is varied and always offers options for vegetarians and vegans. In short, the only problem is that at a certain point you have to leave again! I highly recommend it and would return for a future stay in Selva.

Ristorante La Scarpetta

17/07/2025: Fantastic food. What a wonderful owner and chef who cooks from the heart. You can taste and hear his passion. We were amazed and will be talking about it for a long time. Truly delicious food and drinks.
11/07/2025: What a surprise: I hadn't heard of La Scarpetta, but four of us decided to try it for lunch. The menu is Roman-style, so we ordered a gricia, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and a spaghettone al pesto. The portions were just right, the ingredients were top-notch (guanciale for the gricia and carbonara), the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was in keeping with the menu and location. Being close to Bolzano Airport doesn't bother us at all. The owner, Andrea, is a chef and mainly takes care of the first courses, as does his partner, Adriana, who takes care of the second courses. Both are also dedicated to service. They are two enthusiastic and hard-working young people who also try to offer themed evenings, such as Sardinian cuisine or a seafood evening featuring a 1 kg lobster per person. The prices are more than fair, like Andrea and Adriana. I almost forgot: a dessert of chocolate mousse with chili pepper and two affogato to round out the lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
