08/01/2026: Crosta's pizza features an excellent dough, unlike any other you'll find in the city.
It's a cloud of flavor and texture, ready to melt in your mouth.
The focaccia with butter and sage is fantastic.
Among the most delicious savory options I've tasted in the last year.
The Margherita pizza didn't quite live up to expectations, being too moist at the base, creating that unpleasant "wet" effect.
The mozzarella, tomato, and basil are all top-quality, a shame.
The pizza with potatoes, crescenza cheese, pesto, and raspadura cheese is unique and interesting.
A tad too salty, probably due to the combination of various ingredients.
The pizza prices are slightly higher than average, but the reasonable cover charge and microfiltered water balance it all out.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was friendly, although I must give a negative note for the complete lack of waiting between the focaccia appetizer and the pizzas.
In short, if you want to try a dough different from the typical Neapolitan one, which is now widespread in Milan, Crosta is the place for you.
As for the morning pastries, I tried an excellent pain suisse. Crispy and flavorful. The croissant with cream was also good, with an Italian-style dough (breadier), light, and an excellent cream with a strong vanilla flavor. The cappuccinos were perfect. The baguette I took home was also a success.
