A truly positive experience. I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at this restaurant and was very satisfied. The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was good, high-quality, and the portions were generous. In short, there's a great atmosphere, good food, and great company. Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in Novara. I've been there for lunch and dinner several times and have always enjoyed the specialties. All the dishes are excellent, both meat and fish. The desserts are all homemade. The staff is extremely kind and professional. I recommend booking as it's very popular.

The food at Olmo is truly delicious. Fresh fish, perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant...everyone is kind and helpful.... Fair and honest prices. Antonio and Claudio are always fantastic. Reservations are highly recommended for weekend evenings. The kitchen is open and there are special menus available at lunchtime as well. Always ideal for parties, birthdays, and special occasions. The desserts are almost always homemade!! Thanks guys 🔥

A good place to eat fish. The fresh pasta dishes are excellent. The desserts are delicious. The glass of wine (finally) is nice and full. The pizzas are excellent. In general, the ingredients used are top-notch. Recommended, even more...highly recommended! I go there every Saturday when I'm in Novara.

01/06/2025: Attenzione a intolleranze, con opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio davvero buone. Il personale era super gentile e disponibile, nonostante l'elevato quantitativo di persone.
31/05/2025: Scoperto per caso, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una serata in famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Da fuori non rende tutto ciò che si trova dentro. Locale ampio, pulito e curato, personale gentilissimo e cibo davvero super! Consiglio i risotti che sono uno spettacolo!
