My wife and I stayed for three nights, unfortunately the period was not the best as it rained and it was cold.. Despite this however... we had a good time, we ate very well... and the people who run this business are very kind and make you feel like you were at home. I hope to return in a better season so that we can enjoy the surrounding spaces!!...

Absolutely beautiful property. Well built and maintained. Arrived very upset after learning thieves had stolen from our home in Agriano, including a very important electric generator that creates 110v for the travel trailer that came over on a boat from America. Bed, very firm. pillow like a rectangle brick. Bedding was all made with wonderful cotton. The bathroom was poorly designed, with the most used feature (the toilet) stuck in the corner so far that when you sit you need to tuck your knees under the sink. The bonus is that you can rest your head on the sink if you are tired.😆 For having such a distant location from everything , this agrotourismo is a little gem in the wild. My winter time booking, of a lower level room was cold on arrival. The radiant heat was not radiating anything warm. After asking, twice, the best kicked in and I was warm enough to remove my hat and attempt sleep. I woke up cold about 3:30 and realized the room was no longer warm. 😶 Then after rising at around, 5:30..... The room and radiator remainder cold until the sun finally down thru at about 9:30. Then it's warm rays set my morning straight.

Farmhouse known almost by chance. Delicious appetizers (spelt supplì - truffle omelette to try). Even the pizzas above average for the ingredients used. Clean bathroom and ample parking. The only negative note is the bill, slightly high, but on the other hand you pay for quality.

We decided to take this trip without having planned anything and left, but we booked to sleep at Agriturismo Baldassarri! Arriving in the snow on Christmas Eve and finding ourselves in front of a magical landscape was an emotion, but the real magic was inside the farmhouse. The atmosphere of tranquility and love that this family transmits goes beyond our imagination. Mother Katia is sweetness personified, her children are kind and sweet, her husband is kind and helpful and her grandparents, what can I say, unique! On Christmas day everything was closed and rightly so they would be closed for lunch and we, not having organized ourselves, did not know where we could stay and eat for these two days of stay, but their family did not hesitate to welcome us and having their Christmas lunch, they "adopted" us and shared their meal with us. Of course, from a professional point of view everything was impeccable, rooms, beds, food, hospitality....but above all we had the privilege of feeling the love of this family around us, on the most precious day, Christmas! Coming home for us means Umbria and Agriturismo Baldassari. Special place, surrounded by nature, splendid rooms always scented with cleanliness, authentic and tasty cuisine, without forgetting the friendliness and hospitality of the owners. Beautiful farmhouse, located in Valnerina in the Avendita area, a few km from Cascia and Norcia. Welcoming environments and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide range of gastronomic products produced on site and expertly cooked. Recommended for an unforgettable stay.

We slept one night in this excellent farmhouse, done with care and taste from the furnishings to the lights. Excellent dinner (in our case with a fixed menu) with friendly and smiling staff. We will definitely be back
