Ristorante Pizzeria Astro In Caorle

Until 2023 the "ASTRO" restaurant was managed by Piero and his family with a good standard and a wide variety of excellent fish dishes, and pizzeria service. An activity with a long tradition and mainly managed by the family that owns the business, with friendly and always efficient and helpful staff. Prices were in line with those charged in the area. With the end of 2023 the activity in this location ended but with the intention of reopening elsewhere. (3 July 2024) The "Astro - da Piero" management has reopened in the premises of the former "Marchesin" restaurant, near the dock, with the historic name "The Ships - da Piero". At the Astro there has been renovation work on the premises and it has reopened under new management which I have not frequented and therefore I cannot comment on it at the moment.

Very good and digestible pizza. Excellent quality fried food, average prices. Excellent takeaway service, punctual and precise.

The food was very good, but didn't blow me away. The service seemed rather bored and annoyed at times, but they did their job well.

Dishes without praise or infamy, the classic dishes could have been treated a little more and made better use of the raw materials which were very good.. In my opinion we could have had the same meal but spending a little less.. On the other hand, judging from the place and given the season, it could have been decidedly worse. We certainly didn't go home hungry! We will definitely try the pizza too!

Got takeaway. Very friendly staff and good, plentiful dishes. I will definitely come back.

Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne Atmosphäre. Netter Service. Vorspeise war in 6, Essen in 10 Minuten da. Würden gerne wieder dort essen.

I had more than one occasion to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant! Excellent cuisine with different proposals every time... the fish is sublime on the palate both cooked and raw! Pizza cooked in a wood oven is digestible and tasty!!! If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

Very friendly and courteous service. Food is ok, pizza was unfortunately a little undercooked. Price/performance is also OK.
