Ristorante Pizzeria Al Porto Torbole sul Garda In Nago-torbole

A quiet hotel about 500 meters from Trebole, whose center is easily reached via stairs. Great service, a small but nice pool. The breakfast is varied and beautifully presented; a highly recommended hotel.

A beautifully appointed hotel with a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We were passing through and stayed overnight. It also has a pool and spa (for colder days). Very cool, and the way everything is furnished and decorated is a great idea!

Stayed for 4 nights. High expectations due to the ratings on Google and Booking. Could not reach the expectation... It was not bad, but not good either. First impressions was good, Service was friendly, the Room was spacious (4 Bed Room). The "garden view" is the view on 2 construction sites and a probably 3x3m bit of greenery... And other people's balcony. The view from the pool (not heated, cozy if ⅓ of the hotel guest deside to have a swim) to the lake is either blocked by cars or by a lovely construction site with crane and construction workers starting at 7 a.m., alongside with your breakfast. Not the hotels fault, but anyway. Pool area not well maintained with lot of cracks.. Breakfast selection is OK but not outstanding, quality could be better especially the scrabbled eggs were dry, even at 7 a.m... Sweets selection was good. Breakfast room was nice and clean. The biggest disappointment and a real no go for us is mold in the shower or anything related to cleanliness... Removing it is not a big effort (spray, 1 hour waiting with aggressive spray, over night with less aggressive, clean) and the fact that it's there shows low/no interest to guests. And it's not invisible, it's black mold in a WHITE shower. And we're not talking about a several hundred room hotel but 20, so coumd be spotted easily.... Appart from that, cleaning could be improved in general (a view under the bed was also not very welcoming) Long story short: For that price generally ok (because kinda new appearance), as good as the ratings expects: no (4/5 realistic).. But that mold is a no go and need to be Improved. So for as first and last time.

Very nice hotel. The welcome, service, and cleanliness are impeccable. The air conditioning, safe, and minibar are a real plus for a 3-star hotel. Nickel👍.

A nearly perfect vacation, from the very clean and exceptional room to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, the comprehensive and varied breakfast, the underground parking for my convertible, and the small but nice spa area. I'd happily go back :). If there's anything to complain about, it might be the Wi-Fi, which wasn't entirely convincing.

We've spent another short break here. The hotel's location, and especially the view from the superior rooms, is fantastic. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast room are very well maintained. We once again felt very comfortable (and so did our dog). The only downside is that since the change in management (Seele to Hi Hotels), the breakfast quality has declined – hence one point deducted for service (no more freshly prepared egg dishes, no more cappuccinos made with a portafilter machine, no more small "desserts," no more homemade cakes, no orange juicer, etc.). What we also missed was the "sundowner tray" (2 Aperol Spritzes with some antipasti), which was delivered to your room once per stay.

We have been visiting the Seele Hotel – now Hi Hotel – regularly since its beginnings and have almost considered it our second home. The warm atmosphere, the loving surroundings, and the consistently immaculate cleanliness have delighted us time and again. We returned several times a year because we knew: Here, you feel welcome, here, you feel comfortable. A week ago, we visited the new owners for the first time. We were full of anticipation, but unfortunately, this was quickly dampened. The familiar feeling of "arriving" simply didn't seem to materialize this time. Everything suddenly seemed very cold, distant, and almost impersonal. The warm, family-like atmosphere that we had enjoyed so much over the years was gone. Unfortunately, our room had several defects that further spoiled the overall impression: The door seal was broken, making it difficult to close properly. The toilet paper holder was loose and about to fall off the wall, and the fact that they now charge an extra €15 per day for parking doesn't make things any better. The breakfast remained fundamentally the same, but the small, loving touches that once made it so special were missing, such as the homemade cake and the lovingly prepared scrambled or fried eggs. Instead, there was a ready-made scrambled egg, which seemed uninviting and, unfortunately, didn't taste great either. Overall, the hotel has changed a lot, at least in our experience. In the past, the hotel was regularly renovated and maintained; everything was thought out down to the last detail and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be a top priority. Of course, we are aware that things change, but sometimes it's a shame when so much warmth and attention to detail is lost in the process. We look back with great gratitude on the many wonderful stays we were able to experience at the Seele Hotel under the previous management. However, after this last visit, it seems unlikely that we will return again.

Trotzdem das Restaurant sehr voll war, klappte es mit dem Service und den Berichten einwandfrei. Wir waren begeistert von der schnellen Handhabung und trotzdem sehr guten Qualität der Gerichte. Die Pizza war eine der besten, meine Frau hatte Gnocchi mit Parmesan und Trüffel. Beides war sehr zu empfehlen.

Personale gentilissimo, buono il mangiare e ottime anche le pizze.Nonostante il locale sia molto grande si mangia tranquilli senza rumore! Da consigliare assolutamente
