It's the perfect place for those seeking authenticity. For those of us who want to enjoy venison stew with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by polenta and a delicious bagoss cheese, all surrounded by a stunning panoramic view and served by friendly and professional staff. We returned to Cavallino with our friend Agnese, a restaurant with a terrace and an unmissable view, excellent dishes, and professional and courteous service. We ordered malfatti alla bagossa, braised beef with mushrooms, good wine by the glass, and crema catalana. Excellent value. Thanks to the owner, Laura. We'll be back.
