I'm from Puglia, but I moved to Gropello three months ago, and I can say that Il Capriccio is like returning to Puglia.
Excellent service, the chef is fabulous, attentive to the details in the kitchen.
The pizza varieties are also delicious.

The food is good, but not cheap.
Quick stop from the highway.
We had a pasta menu including water and a small glass of wine. It was offered for
€12. Then they charged us extra for the water. And the glass of wine wasn't delivered.
They're just tourists.

The pizza was absolutely delicious – crispy, fresh, and well-topped. The staff was super friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the pizzeria is located in a lovely neighborhood.

We discovered it while passing through and visited it by chance. A real stroke of luck, as it's exceptionally good and reasonably priced. Authentic Italian cuisine at its finest, just the kind I'd hope to find in Germany! Here, special delicacies are served with a sense of ease, as if they were standard fare. We were thrilled and went back the next evening!
