For a few years now when I stay in Lido degli Estensi I have been getting take-away pizza here and I have never had a bad experience. This year the pizza was very good but heavy, I tried to get a stuffed pizza (Parmesan) but it remained too demanding to eat in one sitting. I'm also not a fan of the high cornice, which made everything look dull heavier. Personal taste but thin crust pizzas from years past were better. However, we can't complain about the takeaway mixed fried food, this year it was particularly light and well done.

Da un po' di anni quando soggiorno a Lido degli Estensi prendo la pizza d'asporto qui e non mi sono mai trovata male. Quest'anno la pizza era molto buona ma pesante, ho provato a prendere una pizza farcita (parmigiana) ma rimaneva troppo impegnativa da mangiare in una sola volta. Inoltre non sono fan del cornicione alto, che rendeva il tutto ancora piu pesante. Gusto personale ma le pizze sottili e degli anni passati erano migliori. Non ci si puo lamentare invece del fritto misto d’asporto, questo anno era particolarmente leggero e ben fatto.

29/03/2024: Good but... Passing through for an aperitif, the staff welcomed me very politely. The interior of the place is relatively small but tastefully furnished. Outside there is a large terrace with the beautiful backdrop of Porta Paola: here you honestly get confused because the arrangement of the tables is not very good and it is not clear which is the entrance to the place. The service was impeccable despite the pressure of rush hour. What I didn't like was the constant frenetic running of the staff: they couldn't keep up with the orders and this didn't contribute to improving the atmosphere of the place. No
