Restaurant located on the most elegant street in Palermo, via Libertà, in which I place my total gustatory trust. Warm, elegant environment, with minimal chic furnishings, located in three rooms and an open entrance terrace. Menu with choices aimed at semi-gourmet cuisine, prepared by an excellent team, led by a trained, competent and passionate young chef: Liborio Mongiovi' Dishes served by an attentive maitre Alice, in fine mise en place, follow the local culinary tradition with an easy touch of modern reinterpretations, through the careful selection of very fine seasonal raw materials. Exhaustive wine list, full of regional and international wineries, especially the section dedicated to bubbles. The synergy between chef and dining room is excellent, where a trained and professional brigade director ensures the perfect explanation of his work. Prepared, professional room service takes care of the room and the customer with total attention, in order to ensure maximum comfort in all its facets. Excellent value for money, at the same time related to the range of peers in the sector.

There are 131 excellent reasons that come to mind as I write this review to describe the excellent culinary experience that we found ourselves living. Between experiences that delve into the Sicilian tradition with a perfect and meticulous attention to flavors, I would recommend the tasting menu of at least 5 courses. You will be more than happy to have given yourself this gift!

It's incredible that living nearby I've never discovered this place before! A restaurant with an intimate mood, perfect for a business dinner or a romantic date. Gabriele welcomed us with a smile and accompanied us on an unprecedented culinary journey. "Dishes that make you close your eyes"... the tasting menu was a journey of flavors that I couldn't describe otherwise.

Very refined place, staff knowledgeable about the dishes and friendly. Excellent advice on pairing wines during the tasting Quality and creativity in typical dishes, a culinary experience to be repeated!

What a fantastic dinner we had here! The brioche with carpaccio, the spaghetti with mussels, the risotto with Sicilian saffron and the slowly cooked Nebrodi pig. And also the surprising amuses. It was a big party! Add to this the friendly service (she once wanted to live in The Hague, but is devoted to her birthplace) and the passionate female chef. All in all, the restaurant is definitely worth a star! Come on Michelin :)

Awesome. Delectable delights in every bite. We got the 5 course tastinh menu and it was full of unexpected flavors and courses we didn't think we would get. The desserts were outstanding. The small bites incredibly varied. There's some great influence of different cuisine here. Try it!
