We spent a wonderful evening at Alibi Restaurant, enjoying excellent food and truly surprising combinations of flavors and textures. Each dish exuded care, passion, and originality, yet at the same time, we felt welcomed and at home: a rare balance between refinement and human warmth. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and offering advice that fully respected our tastes. One aspect that particularly impressed us was the great attention to dietary requirements: my partner, who is celiac, was able to enjoy the same dishes in a gluten-free version, completely safely and with the utmost care. An experience that combines haute cuisine, authentic hospitality, and impeccable professionalism. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special dinner in a refined and authentic setting.

What a fantastic dinner we had here! The brioche with carpaccio, the spaghetti with mussels, the risotto with Sicilian saffron and the slowly cooked Nebrodi pig. And also the surprising amuses. It was a big party! Add to this the friendly service (she once wanted to live in The Hague, but is devoted to her birthplace) and the passionate female chef. All in all, the restaurant is definitely worth a star! Come on Michelin :)

We visited 131 Alibi today with our 4-year-old daughter. Overall, it was an extraordinary pleasure. We enjoyed a 6-course meal and couldn't fault it at all. (See photos - unfortunately, the dessert is missing from the photos.) The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they also treated our daughter very well. Even the little one's wishes were fulfilled. By the way, we were able to arrive and depart by public bus, with the bus stop right outside the door. Perfect!

Absolutely some of the best dining experiences ever. The chef's interpretation of Sicilian flavors is outstanding, and each dish was complemented with a tasteful choice of wines. The music was pleasant and classy, and the Etna volcanic rock as cultery rest was a nice, local touch.
