Absolutely some of the best dining experiences ever. The chef's interpretation of Sicilian flavors is outstanding, and each dish was complemented with a tasteful choice of wines. The music was pleasant and classy, and the Etna volcanic rock as cultery rest was a nice, local touch.

Coppia di giovani eccelsi chef, che confermano la loro perfetta sinergia dentro e fuori la cucina. Ogni loro piatto, elaborato ed impiattato, assicura all'ospite, una vera estasi gustativa. Servizio in sala gentile disponibile, preparato ma soprattutto, pronto ad assistere il cliente, in ogni sua richiesta. Menù essenziale, inclusivo di materie prime stagionali e autoctone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ovviamente in linea con il range dei pari del settore.

Varied tasting menu and very good dishes

Quando mangio molto bene e mi trovo soddisfatta. Sono solita a provare minimo 2 volte un ristorante per fare una recensione e dare un voto di 5. Bè, l'ho trovato di passaggio e già da fuori mi ha richiamata dal menù. L'ambiente è tranquillo, il servizio molto efficiente e gentile, i proprietari sono simpatici e bravi nel loro lavoro. Mi considero una cliente difficile, ma questo ristorante mi ha conquistata. Le pietanze sono fatte con prodotti ottimi, si nota la passione e la cura nei piatti e nelle proposte, la prima volta abbiamo provato il menù alla carta, e dopo ci siamo abbandonati al menu degustazione. Posso dire che il Pan brioche con la carne sopra è divino proprio per la bontà della carne. La pasta con sugo di cicale di mare e gamberetti wow. Dolci buonissimi. E la cosa più importante è che dopo stavo bene senza problemi di stomaco. Vini vari buone scelte. Nota; bello, di buon gusto e gentile il piattino di benvenuto, io apprezzo molto queste cose perché fanno diventare una cena speciale. Lo consiglio. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Purtroppo a marzo perché stiamo per partire. A presto.
